The appointment was perfect!

The dentist was rude and condescending

The girl that did my x ray was great. Dr Lieu was not empathetic and he was rude and callous. Not a dentist I ever want to see again. When someone is in pain try to be more considerate. He seemed to be irritated I couldn't bite down and he showed me his perfect bite. I'm missing teeth I don't have a perfect bite.

It takes forever to get an appointment with you folks!!! And some employees there are very unprofessional or have been.

I had a horrible experience. I've never felt so ashamed or so belittled at any appointment I've ever been to in my life. I was so disgusted with the way I was treated. Not to mention, they said they can't do anything about my teeth now because it's been so long. Well, that's only because that's how fast you guys could get me in.

I enjoyed the people there a lot, and they helped me understand what was going on. The only downside has to be the MONTHS of wait time to get an appointment, and now I'm going to have to wait more months to be able to finish getting help with cavities.

This was the first time I have ever had a positive experience getting a filling. They were so quick and the whole thing was painless

The dental assistant we worked with that day was phenomenal. She was so kind and showed a lot of love for her work. She worked very well with my son who has special needs. The dentist was also very professional and kind.

You do your job very well.. I love to bring back my kids here..

My dentist was very rude. He would not listen to me. He talked over me. He made me feel guilty that the fact that my cavities had spread, he didn't listen to the fact that I had other medical issues that happened in the prior years had been there. It was the worst experience I've had in decades. He's a horrible dentist. I don't know what his problem was. Even the nurse felt some kind of way after he left the room. Someone should talk to him.

My visit was good, was in and out in a timely manner.

My appointment time was a month out. That's the only discomfort that I experienced.

When a person has a appointment make sure they call way ahead time to cancel so I wouldn't have to drive to the office for nothing

I wish I had asked to see the X-ray, I'm wondering how an infection would look. The teem I had was a 10 !! They made my day. Specially the technician !!!! Her calming presence REALLY helped me be relaxed.

The hygienist was great...very polite and informative of what I could do to help my gums. I had a pleasant experience.

Scheduling was super easy, the staff were great at check in and the hygienist was amazing and patient and kind. The dentist however felt like he stomped in barely looked in my child's mouth and had a really "I don't care to be here" attitude. The hygienist was more helpful than he was. I def don't ever want him to see any of my kids or me.

The dental hygienist/assistant was amazing and gentle with my son and also her conversation with me through the appointment was so pleasant and welcoming. Sometimes dental appointments can be filled of all the things you as a parent know that can be better but sometimes it's the delivery that can change the impact of the information delivered. The dental assistant was amazing! The dentist was great too. We never know what parents or people are dealing with so we have to treat people with kindness.

Well, I'm a dental group is pretty professional, pretty comprehensive, very great system. The only thing that I didn't like was the doctor. He seemed a little impatient and I kind of wanted to speak to him a little bit more about my specific teeth and things I wanted to do. But other than that, the hygienist was amazing. The person before her work was amazing. Everything was amazing, but the doctor seemed a little impatient. That's all. Thank you.

Have the providers tell clients what there going to do before using tools and hands forcible so clients won't fill uncomfortable

Honestly, my experience with that specific dentist at your clinic was horrible. He looked and spoke to me like I was trash and made me feel very uncomfortable and I honestly will be requesting to never have him again. Other than that, my experience with Willamette has been great, but that dentist needs to learn how to treat people because he was super disrespectful and just rude. He really needs to fix his face to say the least. So that's all I have to say about that dentist.

It is no longer easy to get appointments with them in a timely manner. I really wish that they hadn't closed the dental office on Welder. The dental office where I have to go now is so far away from where I live.

Because of someone not having the experience of doing impressions I had to leave work in the middle of my day. It is a 45min drive for me just to get there. I still don't have my bottom dentures, no phone call either to let me know when I can pick up dentures

The fill-in dentist had a bad attitude. I needed a bad tooth pulled and he barley looked at it. The assistant was good and helped me get a sooner appointment than I had already. So I can still use both appointments.

My request to have all the options written down so I can understand them was ignored.

All my expectations were met and despite me having many questions, which I wasn't able to ask all them, I was overall pleased with the professionalism of staff!

The hygienist who assisted me was very professional and had excellent "bedside manner" as she talked through what all was happening. It took several attempts to get my tooth sufficiently numb and she was quite patient with that process. The dentist who did the work seemed a bit impatient with the process and seemed frustrated that my tooth wouldn't numb. He had an alternative dentist come to numb it and that person was also very informative and had good "bedside manner" in assuring me that it wasn't my fault and talking through the process. All in all, I believe the problem was fixed, and the primary dentist who did the work did a satisfactory job with the tooth, which is my primary concern.

As an incentive, I got the gift card. That's only one problem when you're giving that gift card. We should be able to use it anywhere not just on Amazon. I have never shopped on Amazon. And really would prefer not to. So I think that should be noted when you're offering that kind of card.

Very smooth visit. The DA went over everything with my little one so she was not scared. Dr Lieu was very kind.
