I wish there was a better system for making future appointments. It's really frustrating to just be on a wait list.

I will talk about my horrible experience with this establishment as soon as the management team gets back to me they told me they would get back to me in 24 hours. It's already been 48 and counting.

My dentist has always provided me with the best service. They understand my aversion to dentistry and give me the best care.

Every single time I receive a message from you telling me to call and book an appointment, you don't have any availability. Then it's up to me to continue contacting you to book that appointment, but still no availability, and next thing you know, it's been a year and a half and my teeth hurt. I know this isn't your first time being told this. Please fix this outdated policy.

Appt was quite long, which could be ok, but it's better if they recognize it's going long and check in. I had to recommend I come back if needed. But I totally understand they were meaning for it to be much shorter.

Willamette dental in Lancaster was so horrible and unkind it dramatically lowers what I think of your company. Liberty was a ten for sure however

Dr Yeck is always a delight to see. He explains things really well and is very approachable. Shelly was also really great.

My hygienist was very awkward and unresponsive. Not willing to call the doctor back when I had a follow up question.

The dental assistant was friendly and professional. The dentist however failed to introduce himself. He came in like a flash spoke from behind my chair most of the time. I wasn't able to see him for most of the short time he was in the room. He left just as abruptly without allowing me to ask any questions. When, I exited the exam room another dental assistant burst out of the exam she was in and nearly ran into me. I walk with a cane and was startled. She didn't stop to apologize or ask if I was okay, just kept going. I found this office much like other willamette dental locations as unprofessional, unwelcoming and not a pleasant experience.

I had severe dental trauma and anxiety and it has greatly improved since moving to Willamette Dental. I am not as anxious as I used to be and no longer need nitrous oxide to be able to get dental work done! Everyone I've interacted with is SO nice, and has truly contributed to my positive experience there.

Takes too long to get appointments. Scheduling office is great but there just not enough time slots.

Just wanted to say that I love Dr. Yeck and his team. Including the people at the front desk.

Everything went well. The only complaint is that it is very difficult to schedule an appointment.

Dr. Yeck was extremely knowledgeable and presented me with multiple options and routes for my extremely complex needs. I have struggled to find a provider that I felt was truly understanding and caring since Dr Sahoun departed the company years ago. The ability to get an appointment in a timely manner is ridiculous. I had a temporary crown put on and couldn't even get a follow up appointment scheduled because of no availability. This is NOT the first time this has happened.

It's always a pleasure visiting this office, I have been seeing Dr. Yeck and his team for many years and hope to continue fir many years to come.

Everyone is professional and prompt to assist with checking in and out! Attentive and good-natured, which is a big deal for me. I want to see smiles and positivity!

The staff, dentists and dental assistants are always awesome and are very good at what they do!

My experience with Willamette dental overall has been pleasurable. The biggest issue I have is they don't go very far out in their schedule to make appointments. Also, it could be due to staffing issues but I waited over 6 months past when my son needed an appointment to get him in because of availability.

My Dentist, Dr Yeck is awesome!

For some reason I can never get a convenient time (always here, "our calendar isn't opened yet).

Dr. Yeck was gentle and quick with my tooth extraction. I couldn't believe he was finished so quickly. I would highly recommend Willamette Dental and this is coming from someone that has high anxiety about going to the dentist.

I really appreciate the friendliness of the staff. Friendliness is hard to find some days and they seem to always have it.

He is the best dentist I've ever seen. Can he be my regular dentist? This was an emergency appointment and he was wonderful especially when I have a huge fear of sitting in that chair. His assistants were phenomenal as well. 10/10

Fast and friendly

No wait to see the dental hygienist, but I waited 20-40 minutes for the dentist to come check her teeth. It only took him 5 minutes for the dentist to check and he was great. The wait time was extreme though, IMO.

There needs to be better access. Appointments are hard to come by. The average appointment is a month out.

They were great! 3 appointments in 2 days and they never ceased to impress

The dental technician who repaired my chipped tooth was friendly and efficient. Dr. Yeck is always personable and knowledgeable.

It was done in a timely manner

I don't believe you should offer 7am appointments if you don't actually have providers available. My appointment was at 7. I was taken back to a room a couple minutes prior to 7:30am. Then I was told they would be with me as soon as they could because "The doctor is not in yet". I got there early in the morning with a toddler. Only to have to sit and wait around for over 30 mins. That's not acceptable. You wouldn't see someone who showed up 30 minutes late to their appointment. It's not professional and it made me late to my job because your staff can't show up on time or schedule appointments appropriately.

Klint Yeck is the best dentist I've had in a long, long time.

It's too difficult to schedule appointments. No consideration for when kids are home for college during break and couldn't get them while they are home.

Everything is great except for getting an appointment is next to impossible

We had a great appointment! Dr. Yeck and Tish were both amazing with my son. Very thorough at answering all of our questions.

Happy with the speed I got an appointment and the helpful staff when I came back for a written prescription because Kaiser was having issues with their system.

The dental hygienists and staff in the front desk were excellent. I never have issues with them. However, Dr. Yek made my daughter cry. He made her feel stupid and that's not okay. We probably will be finding a new dentist.
