Been a patient for 2 years and it has been a refreshing dental experience! They quickly accomodated a visit for a crown falling off earlier this year. My checkup yesterday was great and their education over my visits have helped me improve my dental health!

The providers are great- no issues there the scheduling unit struggles with getting people in on time - something needs to be done with the computer dates- and the texting has a lot of errors. And... if you miss a call forget about getting the appointment times they leave on the voicemail.

Dr. Waite is always such a great dentist provider. Very calm and provides very helpful insight on the health of my tooth & gums. I suffered with dental anxiety a lot but he's helped ease it a lot. The hygienist also was very helpful & really appreciated the advice on how to also better my dental routine.

I came to Willamette Dental because one of my very old crowns came off. I was able to get seen within a day or two. The staff was very professional and friendly. Yes, the provider wait, he is a very good doctor. He listens attentively to you. He is compassionate. He definitely cares about the outcome of your appointment and how happy you are. And if you're experiencing any discomfort, yep, good guy, hold on to him. You'll be glad you did, the dentist.

Michelle the hygienist is very kind, very skilled in her abilities. Makes you feel comfortable and safe. Doctor Waite is very gentle when examining me. He is patient and explains things very clearly. I have consistently received excellent care from him, and from Michelle as well.

I had a pretty good experience. There was some confusion about my appointment and what I needed to get done. We were able to figure it out fairly quickly. The hygienist and person who typed were very nice and seem to know what they were doing. The dentist himself is very nice. He made me confident about my teeth. The only thing I did not care for is how far out the appointments are. The only way I can get in is through cancellations.

The hygienist would not stip talking and when you cant talk back well its just irritating. She also touched her head gear and than toushed the inside of my mouth. Yuck. She should adjust her head gear and than put on her gloves. Over all she was friendly and did a great job.

The assistant for the dentist was awesome

I understand reminder notifications to schedule an appointment occur one month before the one year mark, however scheduling availability occurs 8 weeks before the one year mark. I suggest reminder notifications occur at eight weeks too.

Everyone was great. I learned a lot about my frustrations during Covid and understand the restrictions dental providers had during that time. The Hygienist was amazing and the Dr was attentive. Looking forward to the next visit.

It was one of the BEST visits I've had to a dentist. Everyone was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. Waite was very precise and thorough in relaying his thoughts and recommendations to me. The assistants were amazing and also very precise in their work. The follow through on setting up outside appointments that are necessary was quickly done. I appreciate how comfortable they all made my visit. I will highly recommend this business. Thank you.

Only oops was the process at the end of appointment. Receptionist did not give me a medicine mouthwash which I forgot as well!

It would be nice to have the same team on a regular basis.

Staff leading up to dentist were quick and efficient. Dentist was a little slow and hesitant in approach. I had to turn in the chair , otherwise he would have only spoken to me behind me. After assessing my situation, he wanted to "numb me up" to remove something which when I questioned him was not necessary and would not save my tooth. He said it would so it would not bother me and I pointed out that it already wasn't bothering me. I did not see the point to dig around just to later refer me to oral surgery for root removal. His demeanor was hesitant and very uncertain. If you don't know, ask questions for further assessment or about goals of care. Mainly just not confidence building.

I appreciate their understanding and patience with me as I have high anxiety & fear about them being so close to me & in my mouth. They've helped me get through the fear & respect my needs if I say I just want a minute to breathe. I'm super happy to have found them!

I liked the kindness of the people who make the appointments.

I always have a great experience-professional and timely. I will say that I have something sensitive in my history that is relevant to my dental health that I mentioned in previous appointments that I would appreciate not having to repeat at each appointment if possible. So I'm not sure if it can be put in my notes or there's an opportunity for review by the dentist prior to seeing me, that would be great.

I was quite nervous having not been to a dentist in over a decade, but staff was so friendly and polite that my nervousness went away practically instantly. Very pleasant experience. Thank you!

I had an after hours issue with one of my teeth and it didn't seem like it was readily apparent to me that Olami Dental took that seriously because it wasn't life threatening and allegedly by their triage. So I kind of felt there was a carcinogen of apathy. But long story short I was able to get in. The doctor performed a fantastic job of repairing the filling. So I guess it all worked out, but I was really disappointed with the response at first. It didn't look like I was going to be able to see anybody for about three weeks. So anyway, that's what I had to say.

Dr Waite is still new to his dental career and needs to work on his bedside manner. He's a little nonverbal. He seems a little bored for lack of a better word. Not very lively. But it might have been an off day for him. He was still friendly so I don't want him to have trouble.

You Dentists and assistants are the kindest, gentlest, most considerate and caring people I have ever gotten care from. This last time and the time before that when I had a problem they were so wonderful and it warmed my heart. I had been in extreme pain , they called me in antibiotics even before seeing me and when I got to my appointment he was very thourou with explaining the problem, it took less time to pull the tooth than it did waiting to be seen. Literally pain-free, including the injections!

I felt the dental hygienist was very helpful and very courteous. She was very informative to my questions, and she did a terrific job at cleaning my teeth while also giving me an explanation as far as what I needed to do as far as my teeth and health. The dentist, Dr. Waite, was also very courteous and also was very honest as far as what I should be doing with my teeth. So overall, it was fantastic service from all staff.

I travel for work, I need to see the hygienist every three months and I can't schedule out three months in advance. So because of my traveling, that needs to happen instead I have to wait for you to call me once you're scheduling. So I think you need to schedule at least three months in advance. Thank you.

I would like you to call us for preventative care like you used to. When I make an appointment I would like to get in within 2 months.

I really liked how well the dentist did small talk while she cleaned my teeth. Even though I couldn't talk back, it wasn't awkward and it made me feel more comfortable. The talk was work related as well.

Communication has been a lot better but still some room for improvement.
