A phenomenal experience. It's really weird that the dental visit was the highlight of my day and the easiest interaction I had as well.

I don't remember the name of the dentist that helped me, but he was so kind and helped me feel very informed about my care. I have a great fear of the dentist so having someone be understanding and kind during the entire experience was so good. The hygienist was also great! Her reassurance about what I was feeling helped so much and I couldn't have asked for better care. Thank you so much!

The person who took the x-rays, well, I think she's the dentist's assistant, everything was fine, but the dentist was very quick with the checkup and told me to make an appointment to have my wisdom tooth extracted. But they didn't do it because they said there were no appointments available, so I have to wait for them to call me, and I didn't like that.

My hygienist was amazing. I've had her before and she's always a delight. The dentist is friendly and gentle yet very professional. I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience or interaction at this office.

The only reason I did not give a 10 on a recommendation is the ability to make an appointment. It is very hard and the timelines of it is not great. Otherwise, it's great! The Lancaster Dr. location in Oregon is AMAZING!

Doing two fillings, one top and one bottom, was a terrible patient experience. That should be two appointments. It was awful and I was in tears.

Always great service with kindness

I was asked many questions when I had a mouth full of dental tools and implements. Seriously if the dentist and the other staff ask questions during procedures, remove the tools and hands so the patient can answer. Else, basically a rhetorical question is being asked. Very frustrating to a lot of patients

It was a decent experience

Both Dr and the hygienists were kind and quick with both my girls! They are already excited to come back for next years visit.

I wanted to talk about my broken tooth but all they wanted to do was remove other teeth.

I was unable to see my regular provider and was scheduled with an alternate dentist. All over my chart my provider has listed that I require nitrous due to high anxiety of Procedures. I mentioned this several times and was told that they knew this and acknowledged the anxiety but when it came time for the procedure they just did it and gaveNo consideration for the anxiety. They told me it was a quick procedure and I could just deal with it. If it was my provider it would have been handled much much better.

Best hygienist I have had ever. I hate going to the dentist, and she made the experience less stressful. Very informative on everything she did and things to help!

The Lancaster Dr. location Has great dentists and su6pport Staff. They are great communicators and are very careful and sensitive.

Overall, a good experience. However, I have a lot of dental anxiety and felt like everyone was rushing. I didn't really know what we were doing or how long things would take and felt a lot of anxiety. The checking out process was okay. I got pulled to the side to talk to a hygienist before checking out and when we were done talking I walked up to the check out desk. The lady at the desk said she wasn't the one that called for me but would help me anyways. I apologized and told her I could check out with someone else. She said it was fine and she would help me. That just seemed unnecessary to tell me that she wasn't the one that called me over. I had my back to the check out people so I wasn't sure who called for me. Again, just increasing my anxiety.

Service was great only the wait times for appointments are bad. Would like to be able to schedule a month out not 2-3 months.

Regarding the Lancaster Willamette Dental, I had struggled a great deal with getting appointments as needed and there was a lot of confusion between providers and connecting times. The hygienist at the Lancaster place was awesome. Everybody else was... and especially scheduling was very, very difficult and not a good experience. So I've gone to a different Willamette-Denver where I had great service in the past and that was in Corvallis.

The dental hygienist was amazing. She was very nice, and very informative. She was considerate about my preference in water temp. The dr was a very sweet man. Professional and just nice. I felt respected and important by the way I was treated.

Professional, more-than-competent, caring staff and a relaxed atmosphere made for a good experience. Glad I chose them!

The hygienist was great, but the dentist was very quiet and soft-spoken, and I could not hear him. I asked multiple times to repeat stuff, and it felt like he was getting frustrated.

I want the hygienist that took care of me this time to be the only one I deal with anymore. She was the best hygienist I've encountered and adore her.

Simply that they did a perfect job and that I had no discomfort whatsoever during and after the treatment.

There's always a long wait to get in unless it's an emergency. For routine care, it seems like to get routine fillings and such, you're waiting one to two months between each appointment. Very inconvenient.

I am always impressed by the outgoing and friendly staff! Every single visit I leave a bit happier than I arrived!

Each person from the lobby all the way back to my x-rays and then finally my dental work and that each person was very professional, very friendly, very encouraging and it couldn't have been any better.
