I appreciated that my dentist was willing to make the endodontist referral and that he was able to make the root canal diagnosis that was difficult to see in the initial dentist xrays. I do wish that the prosecutor did not have to be a week out before getting done due to the on and off pain but I understand this is a holiday weekend.

I was well taken care of.

It was a wasted trip. Dentist is great but he couldn't do anything about my current problems.

Dr. Kecht went above and beyond to attend to other medical issues I deal with, to make sure I was comfortable and safe.

Everyone is very concerned about giving professional experience

As I mentioned when I was booking my next appts, if I am lucky enough to find a primary care Dr. who is half as attentive & informative as Dr. Kecht I would feel fortunate. Despite having two root canals in my near future, I'm not dreading the procedures!

I have had Willamette Dental for six or seven years, maybe more, and I have always been extremely impressed. The prices are remarkable. The level of care has always been great. I've never had a single problem. Well, the only time was when I had a toothache on a holiday and you guys are pretty much closed and whoever was not called in with overbooked or something, I don't know. But other than that, it's always been excellent and I have told many, many people to sign up with you. That's all.

The dentist did a great job with helping me through my anxiety issues.

Christian was especially specific and explaining what my diagnosis was. He was very cautious and wanted to be sure that I needed a root canal and went over the test and the x-rays two times. I really appreciate him. The procedure was pretty much painless. I think he's a great endodontist and I wish he could be my dentist. I give him five stars.

Dr. Kecht and Ramona were very professional and kind. He took his time to review xrays with me and educate me on what he was looking for, why the provider referred me, and why he isn't recommending treatment at this time but recommends we monitor. I appreciate the conservative approach and I felt Willamette Dental really cared about my health and not just how much treatment they can get out of me.

The appointment was for my first root canal and I was extremely nervous going in. Dr. Kecht and Vanessa explained everything and made me feel comfortable. The procedure itself was painless and smooth. I am truly grateful.

This dentist was great! Just bummed my visit for treatment was two weeks out in scheduling. Which I get isn't horrible but when you're in pain it sucks. They are trying to get me an earlier appointment so that is good! Overall super happy with my care!

Waiting 6 weeks for an endodontist consultation appointment is a bit excessive. Having to travel to another state just to get the earliest appointment possible was discouraging and definitely a datapoint we will use to evaluate our continued connection to WD at the next open enrollment.

Dr Kecht was a wonderful surgeon and Ramona was an excellent dental assistant. They answered all my questions fully, and i have to say that after the root canal I'm still not hurting. They did a a lovely job and were able to work with me.

The Dr. diagnosed a serious problem that could have and should have been diagnosed and dealt with decades ago. He explained the problem clearly from the xray and I assume I will get a call back soon to set an appointment with an oral surgeon.

Dr.Kecht and the Tigard team goes above and beyond to care for patients. Everyone is very sensitive to the complicated dental issues, and pain, their patients are in. Dr.Kecht really made sure I had the full information about my procedure, and listened fully to my symptoms and issues. I feel really well taken care of at the Tigard office with this team.

The endodontist described my tooth condition to me than how he did to my regular dentist. No x-raus were done to validity his analysis or the description of his evaluation.

Great experience. Many years ago, I had a bad experience getting a root canal. This day, however, was great. I went in expecting the worse, but I left with a extremely positive experience. The dentist and his assistant were amazing.

I was at my appointment for a root canal and when my procedure was complete I was informed that a root canal was not done due to a large cavity found under the bridge. I thought it odd that this information was not shared as the procedure was happening. I thought when the appointment was done I had a root canal until I was told otherwise.

My experience with Doctor Kecht and staff was easily the best experience I've ever had! The communication, professionalism, obvious empathy, and care provided was nothing short of astonishing! I am no dental professional, but I have been at the wrong end of several bad ones. Due to that fact, there is latent fear, deep seated, and hard to shake. There was virtually no fear, and comparatively less pain than I had ever experienced. Dr. Kecht is skilled beyond words. I can't thank him and the staff involved enough! They saved my tooth, and dignity, in one fell swoop.

Dr Kecht is so kind and listens. He knew I was upset about the outcome of my visit which was in no way due to anything he did. I knew going in I might need the tooth extracted. He was very patient and kind. His office staff is very efficient and very friendly and kind.

I've been very happy with Willamette Dental Group for the many years I've been a customer. This team has been great; both my prior experience with them and my appointment this week. My only concern is the length of time I waited to get in to see them. Considering I have an infection and swelling, waiting a month plus is along time for a consultation.

I had trouble with my root canal and needed to go back it but the problem was explained and not his fault. Everyone was very kind and professional.

Nobody I know has ever experienced a painless root canal -- yet that is exactly what happened yesterday. It also was finished in much less time I expected (manager at work has had several, all at least 2 hours in length, wife had one that ran closer to three hours with pause in mid-procedure for another x-ray -- running only 40 minutes start to finish. So far, except for very modest swelling, no indications I even had a procedure.

Christine at the front desk treated me like family! Dr Kecht and his Dental Nurse Vanessa were so kind and gentle. This is the best Dental experience I've ever had and my first root canal. Everyone was thoughtful and thorough answering all my questions. I recommend 100%

I would like to say this visit went smoothly. I wish I could have seen him in the start of my treatment, I honestly believe he could have saved my tooth if I seen him from the start.

The provider and his personal medical assistant were fantastic.
