I really do not like going to the dentist. When I arrived at the Dentist Office I was greeted and proceeded to check in. The reception team were awesome, they made extremely comfortable. I appreciate how the entire team were very professional and provided information on each step during my visit. My hygienist was the star of my visit , she made sure I was okay during the entire visit ?. Thank you to everyone?

I usually have a great experience at Willamette North, but during this visit I was told that a root in one of teeth "ripped" and another one with a crown was leaking, and he wanted to extract the tooth right then and there with the ripped root and remove the crown from the one thats leaking. Causing me to need another crown and that is going to be very expensive. I was also given a prescription tooth paste and mouth wash and not told how to use it. I was very disappointed by the appointment.

Scheduling is horrible. I don't understand why you only book 2 months out. When I get the reminder to call, then nothing is available and I end up being off schedule.

They did a very thorough job in assessing the overall condition of my teeth and provided great advice for my one problematic molar area as well as for dental care & gum health in general. The location is much farther away then the previous office, so it's a bit of a slog.

The dentist was very unprofessional and didn't listen to me or let me speak at all. He was very dismissive and if my insurance didn't limit, me I'd never see him again.

Devin, my hygienist, was kind and gentle. One of the best experiences I've had getting my teeth cleaned. She was talkative and knowledgeable and her calm demeanor helped ease my anxiety. My doctor was also very kind and thorough in his assessment and patient with me while I asked a hundred questions. Front desk staff is amazing and supportive, dental appointments scheduled quickly. Communication about appointments is easy and fast.

The tooth was removed without pain

Dr. Nguyen found a simple and painless solution to tooth pain that had been bothering me for years. I had made many visits and been told there's nothing wrong with that tooth. And he lowered the tooth a little bit and recommended Sensodyne toothpaste, and I have been pain-free since. I'm very grateful. Thank you.

I have to say getting appointments is a little difficult sometimes. We are usually told we would be contacted but I usually have to try to figure out when to call and when I do it's hard to get an appointment.

An online calendar with available appointments would be easier for figuring out when my schedule lines up with an appointment.

Communication throughout the entire appointment was thorough and clear. Everything was narrated to me throughout the dental work, which was greatly appreciated.

Everyone was friendly and professional. I didn't have to wait long after I checked in to be called back for my appointment. The hygienist was really thorough and gentle, and I felt like I got a deep clean without a lot of pain. The whole team listened to and took the time to answer my questions. I realized as I was leaving that I didn't get the little bag with the toothbrush, etc. I'm not sure if that's something that is no longer offered, or if it was just forgotten that morning. Not a big deal, but it is a nice touch, and a small something to look forward to from the dentist!

I was a walk in patient and I was appreciative for being worked into Dr Nguyen schedule by the receptionist. The Dr and the dental worked well together. I could tell they were busy because another dental assistant kept announcing status of a patient waiting for Drs attention, while he was me. That slightly increased my anxiety. All in all good experience.

The Dentist did an exceptional job and went the extra mile. I appreciated that he recommended I chew with my back teeth as the fillings in the front are only held on with an epoxy. This dentist will have many satisfied patients. His team are also very good. Thank you for the excellent treatment.

I'd like to give a shout-out to the dental technician who assisted me and took my x-ray. Although I didn't catch their name, they were incredibly gentle, attentive, and kind. They were mindful of my comfort and turned what is often a stressful and uncomfortable experience into something quick and easy. Their professionalism and care truly stood out.

My teeth are in pretty bad shape and I'm pretty upset about it. I was worried before I went and I'm still a bit worried but about 90% less thanks to the professionalism and the education and the sense that I have that I'm going to be able to stick around with this provider, until I'm no longer embarrassed to smile without a mask on. Everybody was very kind and professional; I'm actually excited now that I finally found a provider I think can really help me.

The appointment scheduling is horrible. Only having the schedule minimal weeks out makes it very difficult to schedule an appointment. I never receive the reminder to schedule. And, when I do call to schedule then everything is booked up and I end up being delayed in my care. This is the only office I have ever encountered where you can't book far into advance.

Dr. Nguyen seemed rushed. It would have been nice to have more time.

I have extreme anxiety when it comes to Dentists. The office was comforting and the information posted on the walls about their approach to dentistry alleviated some of my stress.

So far with Willamette Dental North, it's been very good and much better than Willamette Dental in Kent. I would not recommend the Kent Willamette Dental at all. It's been terrible. And so I changed to Willamette Dental North. So far it's been really great, but until I work with them a while longer, I still want to watch and see how it goes.

Wow, she was brutal. There a line from The Empire Strikes Back when Han Solo, after being tortured, goes back to his cell and tells Prince Leia, "They never even asked me any questions." Which what I said to my wife when I got home. I've had root canals that were more pleasant.

This was the best dentist appointment I've ever had.

Staff was extremely thorough. Very pleasant experience. A small suggestion- put something on the ceiling to focus on. Picture, mobile etc.

I wish there was online booking and more early morning and late afternoon appointment options, but otherwise, I'm very satisfied.

I have not had any work done for the past two years due to an experience back then. I had X-rays and gum measurements done last week but nothing else. So I haven't a real opinion yet.
