I had the best dental experience ever. My dental hygienist was sweet, gentle and really good at explaining things. Dr. English was amazing. I love that I didn't feel rushed and the building was spotless clean my x-ray technician was wonderful as well. My whole experience was a 10 out of 10.

They were all very kind and informative. I felt at ease.

I appreciate they listened to my concern of a potential future issue with a filling and took the time to examine it and schedule an appointment to address it. It was a huge relief. Very friendly staff. Went smoothly.

Dr. English gave me the most gentle numbing injection I've ever experienced. And I am always very sensitive and afraid. She's great! She also is very attentive and goes above and beyond with providing information. Her assistant was also very cordial and efficient.

Elaine, Dr. English, and theother providers made my recent marathon appointment feel more like a cakewalk. The front desk was friendly and helpful. A referral from a prior visit to a nearby coffee shop has had great outcomes.

Staff was professional and friendly. Getting appointments less than 3 months out is always a hassle. Having said that... this visit was just a routine checkup, so no big deal.

The appointment process is always bizarre and ridiculous. The fact that we can only book out appointments 53 days in advance is silly. Makes it impossible to get appointments in a timely manner.

Thank you. I just had to make a decision and the Dentist and assistant were done in 45 minutes. The was an "emergency appointment". I didn't want to lose the tooth and they saved it and I was scheduling a root canal. Before that could happen the tooth ? split in half but was still attached. My first trip to the dentist in at least 4 years....very pleasant experience .

Dr English was very professional and personal. She was decisive in her analysis of my needed root canal. I left the office feeling relieved that I now knew what my problem was, what my treatment would be, and that Dr English was well qualified to provide the treatment that I needed.

I used to see Dr. English when she worked in the Eugene office. I have not found another dentist who even comes close to her. I drove two hours from where I live now to see her again and I will continue to do so, she's the best dentist I've ever worked with. I have a lot of tooth problems and I have never felt judged or criticized at Willamette Dental. The hygienist was friendly and fun, everyone that was working gave me a wonderful experience. It had been six years since I had last saw Dr. English and she instantly remembered me and asked about my family who used to see her as well. She is a wonderful dentist and has made me a Willamette Dental fan for life!

We had to wait 9 months for an appointment. That's ridiculous.

I have been with WD for a long time.. and I find the service between offices uneven. I had such a negative experience at the Medford office, so I changed to where Dr English is. She is talented, professional, engaging, positive, and talented.

The team at this clinic is amazing. I have had such a healing experience getting all of my dental work done here. I'd recommend Dr. English and her team to anyone who has had dental office trauma in the past.

I enjoy using Willamette Dental and have had good experiences with their care. However, it does seem to take a long time to get an appointment. I wish the wait times were shorter.

They calmed anxiety down through proactive chatter and laughter while waiting in chair and very considerate.saved my two teeth instead of pulling. Have already recommended and hope things hold a long time.

I have pretty bad fear of dental work and I can honestly say that this office goes above and beyond to help my fear be as minimal as possible. Not only that but she is super fast when pulling teeth. I appreciate the entire team at this office and will definitely keep coming back for future appointments.

When the dentist and the assistant were working together on my broken tooth, they were like a well-oiled machine. They worked so well together that I had to complement them on it. I'm glad they completely fixed my tooth in one visit, although it took five weeks to get the appointment. I would have been mad if I needed to schedule another one to complete the work.

Dr. English was very caring. She's pain-free. Her staff was outstanding. I just had a major procedure done. I think it was major anyway. And she just showed the utmost care. I did have an infection that did come through, and unfortunately it was kind of a mess, but she handled it well. There was no stopping and what not. She just took care of it. Wonderful team. Wonderful lady. Wonderful experience.

For my appointment, we had to reschedule and then we had a little miscommunication, which was definitely on both my end and the front office end. When I showed up, they were all incredibly kind, managed to get me in, worked really well together, had good communication, and I just really appreciated the way they handled something that was a little bit more challenging.

I appreciated very much the short wait time and being taken care of quickly as I was on a time crunch.

Called in 2024 to make check up appt and was told that Lincoln City was too booked up to make appt and would call me back, I was on a list. They never called. I called about fixing a filling and they wanted to know why I had not been in to have my regular dental check? Why had no one called and how many others have not been called?
