I was told that I have a cavity on my front tooth by a dentist in Dallas, Tx when my tooth next to it broke in half and I had to get it fixed. He made me promise I would go get it looked at right away. Well it took me months to get in, all to hear that they can't see a cavity and sent me on my way!

Loved my hygienist, she was awesome. Got my mouth nice and clean, explained everything, and was super gentle the whole time.

I had a good experience but it took months to get the initial appointment. I worry that if I had an emergency I wouldn't be able to get helped in a timely manner.

Dr. English is great and her staff are friendly and skilled.

Everyone there is super fantastic and I really enjoy them. And the only thing I wish is that appointments could come in sooner than three, four months out.

I always feel taken care of! Above and beyond any other Dental office I've ever visited! Everyone from the receptionist to the office manager in front. My dentist, hygienist are absolute "Rock Stars". I cried tears of joy looking in the mirror today!

The only concern I have was with the integrity of the building itself. I was in the exam chair and could see above the window where there is/was a significant water leak. The wall and ceiling above the window is deteriorating and debris is falling from the area above the window. The debris is falling down into the window sill area and on to the floor and I'm concerned about mold and other microscopic organisms in an area where it is expected to have sterile equipment. This is very concerning for the health and safety of the staff and patients who are in this clinic. Hopefully this can be addressed immediately to prevent illness and injury to people.

I really appreciate their concern for helping me with my teeth problems!!

Unfortunately, it takes months to complete dental care at this location since there is only one provider. The dentist is quick, efficient, and does excellent work. I highly recommend her for that reason. As far as getting dental work done in a timely manner to prevent more dental issues for patients, that is a problem. Not sure why there isn't more than one dentist at this location.

I've felt they were very professional. Very courteous and kind seemed very concerned about what they were doing in my mouth listened to what I had to say. Need a very strong effort to make a connection with the patient. Something you don't see anymore thank you.

It a pleasure to go to Willamette Dental. Staff is friendly and they do aim to remember clients. Those that work in the mouth have great chair side manners. Very pleased to have found the clinic and the amazing staff

Everything went fine. Scheduling an appointment with the dentist is almost impossible. You guys don't have enough dentists. Somebody has to stay for a pretty long time in the queue. And the communication from the dentist office is really slow in terms of fixing up an appointment. Thank you.

My experience has always is good when I'm there. Everyone's very friendly and welcoming when I walk in. It's just that they're short staffed and they always cancel appointments, but I always get one, but sometimes the timing is not right because when I make one that works, it gets canceled a couple times. But I guess I understand when you're shortstaffed I still like it there and will recommend to others. I'm very happy with the providers.

I came in to the dentist with a broken filling, expecting an exam to see how bad it was and to schedule an appointment to take care of it. In actuality, I was examined, treated immediately, and sent on my way with a fully repaired tooth and next steps. I continue to be very impressed by the detailed care and efficiency of the Willamette Dental team.

I love willamette dental. The only reason it wasn't a perfect score is because of how long it takes to get an appointment.

Great visit. My first. Friendly professionals. They all work well together and provided a quality service experience. My plan of treatment was explained in a manor I understood and felt confident in pursuing.

I think they do good work, but are very busy and it take forever to get an appointment (emergency: 3 weeks, regular: 6-8+ weeks).

Dr. English and her staff always make my appointments as enjoyable as you can have at the dentist.

Dr. English and her team are positive, professional, full of information when requested, and have totally made the dental experience positive. Willamette dental over the years has been a mixed bg, but Dr. English brings a new level of positive professionalism to her staff and her patients.

I had an emergent dental need and they were able to get me in as soon as they could. And the dentist worked on my tooth that day when I was worried I would have to come back.

The hygienist was very informative and Dr English had a gentle technique and was extremely friendly. After my report to my wife, she made an appointment too. We recently moved here and we have found our dentist!!

My son has a sealant on his back tooth that is blocking him from flossing and needs this to be fixed. They did not make sure the sealants were properly placed before he left.

I live 3 hours away from Dr. English office and will travel as far as it takes for my dental care. The staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and caring. There is never any judgment. I recently invited my husband to see Dr. English and her staff and he is so excited to see the difference WD makes! Thank you!

It was a surprise to have X-rays without protection. The tech informed me that it was a decision made some time ago based on "studies ". I would have appreciated some type of prior communication on the matter. I wondered, if it's safe, why does the tech leave the room during X-ray.

Dr. English gave me the most gentle numbing injection I've ever experienced. And I am always very sensitive and afraid. She's great! She also is very attentive and goes above and beyond with providing information. Her assistant was also very cordial and efficient.

Elaine, Dr. English, and theother providers made my recent marathon appointment feel more like a cakewalk. The front desk was friendly and helpful. A referral from a prior visit to a nearby coffee shop has had great outcomes.
