It would be nice to make appointments at the clinic rather than calling your call center months later. Your scheduling process is not easy enough. Other than that, you all did perfectly.

I was a little confused when the hygienist told me I had a loose filling but when she called in the dentist he said there was nothing he could do about it. It is odd that if the tooth was previously filled by Wilamette Dental that a loose filling couldn't be removed and a new one provided. It would seem that allowing a loose filling to fall out would open underlying root area to easily become infected. I am seeking a second opinion as this seems an odd answer.

Dr.Fife and his team are amazing! Amy and Erlynn have the warmest smiles. Holly took my X-rays quickly and didn't even hurt my gums or make me gag. Maria cleaned my teeth. She was so gentle yet firm and thorough. Dr. Fife is the best. Outstanding visit from start to finish. Took the time to explain the issue with a tooth. I came in on an emergency appointment. Staff was amazing and the dentist so careful but quick when extracting my tooth. He did a awesome job!

The office itself was somewhat dirty. And then there was not much confidentiality when it came to another patient getting a root canal right next to our child. There wasn't a lot of bedside manner from the doctor. And then the check-in process was pretty rough.

I was in and out for a tooth pull and it went so fast and painless!

Scheduling is a pain. Why can't an appointment be made 4 or 6 months out? Why does a patient have to call back to attempt to get an appointment. I have no issues whatsoever with the staff or service I receive at Willamette Gresham, I hesitate to recommend Willamette due the the scheduling.

Knowing that annual checkups are annual, I assume that they should be spaced at 12-month intervals. But by the time they call me, they can't get me in still for another month or two, which means it's not a 12-month interval. It's a 13-month interval. And I think that they need to be making the phone calls to schedule appointments so that they actually schedule at 12 months, not 13 months. you know back in the day check out for every six months and now they're every twelve months and i'd prefer to not be thirteen months

Great with kids!! My son was afraid of the loud noise the polisher makes, and to accommodate him they gave him makeshift earplugs made of cotton bites.

I wish there were earlier appointments because the wait times are very long. The wait is very long, and sometimes they don't return the call to provide an appointment.

The Hygienist was 5 minutes late checking me into the exam room. My appointment was at 9:40 a.m. and she didn't call me in until 9:45. Other than that everything went well.

My original appointment was rescheduled due to staffing. I'm glad I was able to get in within a few weeks (before the end of the month) but I almost had to wait another two months which would have been very upsetting. Overall though appointment and experience went well.

I arrived on time I was greeted very nice and from my time of a ride to our departed I was cared for all my questions were answered. I had a very good experience.

I called for an appointment for a crown, got there and that was not what the appointment was set for. Had a difficult time getting in touch with this dentist when I had a tooth that needed a root canal and getting any kind of assistance from any other doctor when my doctor was out of town and couldn't be reached.

It was short and sweet. Pulmonary visit for a crown. I did learn that corn nuts will destroy your teeth.

The Dentist did a great job getting me all the way numb and being able to complete two teeth at one time. I really appreciatte that. I was comforted by the on call providers i spoke with over the weekend before i was able to get an appointment.

It took 8 month to get my first filling appointment. The doctor drilled out one cavity then walked out. Didn't explains why the other cavity was not getting filled. Then the assistant got in the chair to do my filling? NO ONE asked my for my permission. I wanted to speak to the dentist but, he never returned. I asked the assistant what her qualifications were and she ex said "I am a restorative dental assistant." Sat down and got to work. After, I didn't get an appointment because they didn't have any openings. It can take another 8 months to get in. That means it could take up to two more years to get my fillings done at this rate. I will never get the same dentist. It is crazy it's like the TEMU version of dentistry.

It was a very good visit. I was a little apprehensive after my last visit to the Medford office but this was exceptional service.

I felt really comfortable with the dentist and assistant. They both acted like I would have hoped, good conversation before the work began. Good team.

The most frustrating thing about Willamette Dental currently is the wait time for appointments. And I'm not sure what can be done about that. Service is great once you get there. People are polite, professional, knowledgeable, but having to wait as long as I've had to wait for various appointments, it's very unsatisfying. So that's what I would say.

The experience is always great, however, can never get an appointment within a reasonable time. My 6 month appointments are always 8 months or more due to lack of appointment availability.

I felt relieved and grateful that there were options other than just pulling my tooth. Looking forward to whatever direction he thinks I should go.

Katie was super friendly with the kids and still managed to clean my youngest teeth even though he's afraid of the dentist! Dr.Fife is thorough, nice and professional as always. It was very hard to schedule this appointment. I was repeatedly told that I would be called back to schedule an appointment and that never happened. I am very grateful to the person who was finally able to actually schedule me. The quality of care was exceptional but the challenges to get scheduled are deeply problematic.
