My hygienist was amazing.

I was scheduled for a Mid Nov. appt but I was fit in with my wife's appt. Dr. Minion is kind & quiet.

I have been happy with the care received from Willamette over the years. Every employee has been professional, as well as personable, which makes for a very pleasant experience.

Very good experience

Went in for a simple filling, left more satisfied then I've ever been from dental work. First time ever leaving with no sharp or jagged pieces on my tooth very well done and went back in multiple times after my input to ensure it was perfect. Aswell as evening out the length of the tooth which gives me an overall better smile. Was most definitley satisfied with this visit.

I love coming to Willamette Dental. I am always greeted with a friendly smile. My hygienist was very thorough and pointed out areas that I need to work on and showed me my big improvement from last time. Dr. Minion was very gentle and thorough and pleasant as well. I observed good teamwork all around.

My experiences have been fine but the appointments are spread way too far apart. I understand staff comes from a different city to cover and this is most likely the reason for the gap.

I wish I would've gotten her name, but a woman did my filling and went above and beyond for my teeth. I am super appreciative that she listened to my concerns and then went above that. I was very please with her. My last appt with dr minion I had a poor experience because he filed off the corner of my tooth and when I pointed it out and asked it to be filled he accused me of lying and that it was like that when I came in. It was very unprofessional and I was not happy at all. This visit with a different person made up for that but I know the woman is not the dentist so dr minion will be involved in future appts. So I hope his professionalism and his technique/experience gets better as he is in this position longer. Also the lady at the front desk is always so incredibly nice and helpful

The only negative I have it is that it is hard to get someone on a phone because your phone system is cumbersome by design. We (all your customers) don't like that.

Very friendly staff

Everything was good, but I think that dentist could've been a little more polite. Didn't introduce himself. Didn't say hi. He just got to work and when he was finished, didn't even say he was done, nor did I get a goodbye. He didn't tell me one word. I thought that was kind of rude and disrespectful.

I like the way they treat you. What I don't like is that sometimes you call and they don't answer right away. I don't know what's going on. That's my comment.

Carol? I believe is front end person. She worked with me and was stupendous at her job! She is so pleasant to work with its refreshing to have someone who listens to your needs and finds solutions. The Dr explained everything in a direct informational manner and also went above and beyond to get services coordinated with Richland office. Thank you to the entire team

The dental hygienist was very, very painful with her extracting the plaque from my teeth and I saw the dentist for approximately three minutes.

Been trying to get my upper plate replaced for 5 months and now I have to wait for another month

I have been with Willamette Dental for many years and the only problem I have is them keeping a provider. It seems like they can't keep a provider in that office for more than four or five years.

They are all so nice and make sure you are doing good and not in any kind of pain

I can't remember their names but the assistant, hygienist, and dentist were so kind. I have anxiety and they gave me the grace and every reason to feel heard, seen, and calm. Thank you

Service was great once we got scheduled. Scheduling was a bit difficult since Yakima is low on staff.

Good, but I'd like more information.

The staff and dentist were awesome. My only complaint/ suggestion - the machine that was used to clean my teeth was extremely loud. It was extremely painful. I asked the hygienist if I could plug my ears, and she said yes. I wish I had a pair of ear plugs to use.

Stop in to make a future appointment at 7:30 am, they had a cancellation for that time and 5 minutes later I'm being seen by the dentist my tooth was removed. I'm recovering and very happy with the outcome.

Dental hygienist appeared to not be able to use the instrument she was using to remove plaque. I got dribble of water in my neck from the instrument multiple times. Dentist did not mention the prescription toothpaste or how to use it. I don't believe it is the office manager's job to tell me how to use the prescription toothpaste!

She showed me where I was missing and suggested I get a sonicare toothbrush which I purchased on the way out. I felt like I was provided with all the tools and knowledge I need to care for my oral health. I got a good vibe at this office. I feel they enjoy their jobs which shows in their care for their patients.

Dr Minion is great. I was nervous when he looked so young but he listens and is clearly good at what he does. He explained my options thoroughly and I appreciated it.

Everyone was nice. The exam room. Had too much plastic and instruments every where. The black masks were not friendly. Everyone stood behind me. I had to ask the dentist to let me look at the xrays, asked him to come so I could see him, I even asked him to lower his mask. I like to see the people who are going to be in my mouth. I got the impression the office was a teaching facility, which is fine. I think being more up front about it would be better. The office it self could be a little cleaner and not so cluttered.

Office staff called me right away after a cancellation to get me in for a procedure otherwise I would of needed to wait until February. I appreciated the callback & saved me another trip.

I had a Cap come off a tooth. This is a ten minute tops in the chair to glue it back on. Inhad ton wait 4 days to see a Dr. Unacceptable to wait 4 days with a hole in my.mouth that needed only 10 minites on the chair. Total fail in my opinion.

It took a long time to get a check-up / hygiene appt so I took an appt with a different dentist (than who I originally wanted to see) to get in sooner. Once there, the staff were all wonderful.

The entire staff was helpful, friendly, and informative. They took the time to answer all of my questions.

We have been over the last 30 years with a lot of different private dentists here in Yakima. Millamet Dental is the best dental provider that we have ever had here in Yakima. So thank you guys.

Whoever the hygienist was that did my teeth was absolutely AMAZING. I have very sensitive teeth and she did an outstanding job at making sure the appointment wasn't horrific and painful. 5 stars to that wonderful woman! And the Dentist was fantastic too. I was so nervous for my appointment but left feeling great.

I was very happy that my fears were listen to. I have a terrible fear of dentistry. I have had severe trauma in the past. Dr. Minion was very helpful in calming me, along with the hygienists, and stopped when he saw that it was going to take more work then expected.

My hygienist was very thorough and professional did a great job accommodating my gagging fits treated with respect and the doctor though young looking was great checking my hurt molar all in all very professional

It was just me and my toddler. While I was getting my teeth cleaned they were very kind and patient with my toddler. Even engaging with him to keep him entertained. That kindness really stuck out to me and made the experience so much less stressful.
