That they have bilingual doctors. Because there are people who don't understand much English.

I felt discriminated against due to my income level and comments were made by the dentist that felt demeaning and disrespectful. I was judged harshly all because I am on state benefits and have some cavities. I never should have been honest as my truth was used against me.

Every one was wonderful, from the receptionist aidee , to the assistant traiya and Dr resendez they were all kind and caring towards my child

I was very impressed with the doctor. I went to another dentist beforehand, and it took me three appointments for them to tell me that I needed a root canal antibiotics, and they couldn't fix my tooth until those things happened. And then when I went to this doctor, he said I did not need a root canal, I did not need to be antibiotics, and he fixed my tooth the same day. I would definitely recommend him and I have changed dentists. I will be back. Very, very appreciative.

The doctor and assistant did a great job, but the doctor was way over scheduled, what should have taken 40 minutes ended taking 2 hours because he was trying to take care of three or more patients at a time. If you want to keep your doctors/ dentist, don't over schedule them.

The staff, hygienist and doctor were wonderful. Scheduling an appointment near my home, however, was very challenging and frustrating.

My experience with Dr Thomas Rezendes was the worst Ive ever had the displeasure of paying for he was belittling and completely unprofessional in the way he spoke to me I would never recommend him to anyone but thankfully my hygienist was amazing and encouraging

I am disappointed that W.D. could not use my x-rays from 10 mo. ago, and even more disappointed that you could not flex to a 36 mo. Window for next x-ray, even when I offered to secure further dental records to establish that I have not had a cavity in 20+ years. Otherwise a fine experience.

Dr. Rezendes explained my options and then performed a very difficult extraction with care and concern that helped me to remain calm. He also was very attentive providing pain relief with additional anesthetic when needed. The aftercare was instructed very well. I would recommend Dr. Rezendes and my dental assistant (Ada?) without reservation.

Great service provider

The staff that helped me were all so polite. I get a little nervous when I meet new people and they made my experience very pleasant by making good conversation and at the same time staying very professional and focused on the work they were doing. Front desk, hygienist and dentist all did a wonderful job!!
