Dr. Stevens is usually pretty good but he was rude and not nice at all this visit.

As a general rule I hate doing to the dentist, but we've been with Willamette Dental For decades now and will never switch. Every hygienist and dentist that me or my other family members have been seen by have been wonderful!

The doctor was respectful, listen to my concerns, and took time to answer my questions.

The few times I have been in, they have been attentive, listened well, took care of the needs and seemed to care.

My dentist had to go home sick and so another doctor stepped in so that I would not have to reschedule since I live out of town. I very much appreciated how everyone went above and beyond to accommodate me and take care of my needs

The scheduling line needs improvement it has happened to me on numerous occasions when I'm scheduled for one day and when I show up for the appointment I find out it was actually scheduled for a different date.

Dr. Stevens and the local Willamette dental office in Kennewick provided excellent and timely service. However, when it came time to schedule my actual appointment to finish the wonderful work, Dr. Stevens doing I was scheduled three months out. Not very good service for someone needing a crown.

The hygienist Anya was very kind, thorough, gentle and amazing. Dr Stevens was very nice and awesome.

I was told I would get a referral for getting my wisdom teeth removed and I never did.

Hire more dentists.

I would like to discuss my jaw alignment with my doctor next time because my front teeth are curved inwards and I have a severe overbite but the dentist has never brought it up so I thought it wasn't bad but have recently learned that it is

Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The entire dental team was efficient and kind.

It was quick and easy very little pain. I went in for my permanent crown to be put in. The dentist and assistants are very kind and we're very gentle.

Everyone in this office is outstanding. The front desk lady, Dr. Stevens, the hygienist, and the checkout worker were amazing. The Dr. listened to my concerns and the hygienist was absolutely AMAZING. I don't like going to the dentist but with the team at the Richland office, it makes everything so much better. Always smiling, asking me the right questions and answers my questions.

No appointments. With doctor calling out sick a few times it took a year to get an appointment. Couldn't make my second appointment due to lack of availability. Love the providers at Willamette, just need more of them for patient volume.

When I walked in front was not as welcoming everyone was very serious. I was taken back and the assistant was very nice and polite explained everything before and after doing it. I would here other assistant talk bad about other clients teeth which to me was very unpleasant specially because my teeth are not the best made me get all anxious. But over all the dentis was great will be coming back for sure

Good as it gets!

I had to wait 20 weeks to get in for this appointment, while my coworker was able to get in within a few weeks. I was scheduled for 10 weeks out the first time and a few days before my appointment the doctor hurt his hand (understandable) but I was rescheduled for another 10 weeks out.

I had a very positive and pleasant experience. I had a crown replacement which was very difficult to replace since my previous crown had broken and chipped away, there was not much tooth remaining when Dr.Stevens began to remove and repair for new crown. He and his assistant examined and explained every single step to me so I could understand exactly what they were doing in detail to me. All went well and have an awesome looking crown. Exceptional Job Dr. Stevens and assistant. I'm very happy and impressed with the results your workmanship.

Good, dentist, professional, but horrible, horrible wait times on appointments. Absolutely horrible. Four months is an insane amount of time to have to wait for an appointment.

Very good service

Dr Stevens did an amazing job with explaining everything to me and staying calm on Friday. I just appreciate so much his willingness to come in and finish the procedure on his day off. Also, thank you so much for waiving my fees. Even though it was a really overwhelming and stressful experience I felt really supported and thankful to have him as my dentist.

Dr. Aaron Stevens was AMAZING! He talked me through every aspect of my visit as well as gave me detailed information about my treatment. I felt very comfortable with him and Elizabeth who assisted during my visit. I also had a GREAT experience with the assistant who did my X-rays. THANK YOU to ALL who attended to my needs!

It was very pleasant and friendly. The dentist was very knowledgeable and did very efficient work while checking on me the whole time to make sure I was comfortable!!

Dr. Steven's was amazing! He made me feel comfortable and was respectful and made sure we fully understood the procedures. But I also really appreciate that he gave me a CHOICE of what I wanted to do! I have severe anxiety and he was patient with me, that means a lot.

Dr. Stevens did a wonderful job working with our daughter and he was very, used very kid friendly language and had a fun and positive attitude.

Dr Steven's was VERY informative, kind, funny and gentle. He really cared about my comfort and made sure I was informed of my treatment plan and that I liked the outcome. The assistant was also very kind and was quick handing the Doctor what he needed, and I especially like that she suctioned the messy saliva often. The check out ladies we very pleasant also.
