My dental hygienist was the best hygienist that I've ever had. She was thorough and my teeth felt so clean and fresh after she was through with them. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience.

The staff made the experience better. They explained the process and answered all my questions. The only issue is scheduling. I usually have to wait a month or two before I can even be seen by my provider. I think it's to long and it makes me want to look elsewhere.

I love Dr. Welsch and her asst. Very nice and open for questions.

Dr . Welsch and team are excellent. They've only seen her twice because she's 3, but both appointments with my daughter have been great. They try really hard to have a good experience for a 3 year old that doesn't trust anyone except her family.

My tooth pain was gone immediately after treatment.

My extractions went very well. No pain and the team was very professional.

I wasn't able to schedule needed future appointments at the time of my visit. No appointments available in the next 3 months with the current provider and the new provider didn't open their schedule yet.

It is hard to get a appointment. You need to add more dentists

We are concerned about a long term team of dentists becoming so difficult to locate. We enjoy Willamette Dental and have for several years.

It took over a month to get in an be seen for a broken tooth. That would have been horrible if I would have been in pain. Most dentist in the Tri-Cities would have seen me within 3 days. The amount of time appointments are out from the time you call to make one is ridiculous! One to two months out, and that's not even if you want a specific time or day of the week, that's for first available appointment.

They did a great job. They got me in and out quickly. Very courteous and helpful

First time in over two years I have been to dentist? Didn't get a reminder or anything in that time? Plus my dentist is gone now?

Aside from the assistant that dropped the curing tool on my face, it was a great visit and everyone is very kind and helpful.

Staff was professional and worked very quickly. They competed x-rays, measurements, thoroughly cleaned my teeth and had me out the door in less than 45 minutes!

The providers were very friendly and thorough. No complaints with any of the staff all wonderful. However it was not easy to get an appointment I was on the waiting list for a very long time

My hygienist was very gentle while giving me the numbing shot. Dr. Welsch filled my cavity in a timely manner and was very gentle and kind. Very difficult to get a new patient appointment also very difficult to get a follow up appointment. Very frustrating when you have issues and concerns that need to be handled in a timely manner.

Dr. Welsch and Diedre answered so many questions, took excellent care of me, and made me feel important, and that what was going on they had answers for. I was so impressed.

I'd like to say , I'm disappointed that my follow up appointment is 10 weeks out and then at that time to be fitted for a mouth guard and wait for it to get back will my May or June

I understand there has been a recent change in Dentists at this location due to a retirement, and others are filling in. It would have been nice to get my filling taken care of on this visit in the past. But I understand the complexities of staffing issues. I don't think we made an appointment for my follow-up care!

Everyone was great. Very friendly and professional. However I felt the hygienist was a little heavy handed, a tad rough when checking the depth of my teeth pockets. But she was also very nice and professional. Other than the fact that an appointment has to be booked too far out, I like your practice. Thank you.

Dr Welsch and Christian did the exam/cleaning and they couldn't have been more wonderful. I get intense anxiety when I go to the dentist and they were both so incredibly kind and patient. It can be so hard dealing with the anxious feelings but they made it a lot easier to calm down. I am very grateful for their professional but sympathetic approach and hope they know how much I appreciate them both. They are both phenomenal and I would recommend anyone see them. Thank you so much and please let them know how great they are.

The lady who cleaned my teeth, Maranda was amazing! She was thorough and gentle. The helper, Bethany I think was her name, was very gentle with the X-rays, I have a small mouth. I really loved how the dentist sings to you with her beautiful voice, helps you relax. The interaction between Dr. Welsch and Maranda was so fun and inviting, you can tell the team really likes working together. Just a great visit all around.

The receptionist was great. The dentist was, she had a very good touch, a very soft, gentle touch, and was very personable, was treated with respect. It was the best dental appointment I've had there. It was very good.

I had a unique situation. I was due to get impressions done for partial dentures. When I first received the partial dentures, it didn't fit me well. The doctor and staff were trying their best to get the work done, but the partial denture was too bulky. The partial denture was sent to the lab for the second time. It came back and I felt really bulky, my tongue wasn't sure where to sit, and my speech was slightly altered. I was surprised and sad when I was told that the partial denture wasn't designed for chewing function. I guess, it might take time to adjust myself and get used to partial dentures. The doctor and their staff were trying to find solution for my situation. They were professional and attentive to my needs.

Miranda was fantastic, she did a great job and was so fun! It was my first time seeing Dr Welsh and she was very kind and thorough. They seem to work well together and it shows. The assistants Kayla, Deedra, Jorge and Beth were incredible as well. The check out process was smooth and Cindy made everything seamless! It was a great visit!
