Dr. Hyatt, Hyeyoung were great. Super patience and kind at treating me for an over due cleaning appointment. Everyone in the office is professional and friendly.

Now have sensitivity in the tooth they replaced the filling in but didn't before

I would say I am glad I made the decision to switch dental offices because I didn't have any good experiences with my last dentist office and my dentist made me uncomfortable and im am so glad I choose to come here I was treated with respect and I was taken care of in good hands with staff that has good intentions. I was so happy that the dentist was a woman because I prefer woman being my health providers in every department of Healthcare.

Great staff members customer service starting from the receptionists until the end of my session and with the gal who worked great with me and my needs when I requested my days for next two visits.

The team I worked with were extremely compassionate and I appreciated that. Appt availability times are too long, I had to wait over a month to get my next appt., that's rough , especially considering it took a lot for me to start this process.

Your staff is always fun to work with and very compassionate. Keep up the great work, we are always referring you guys because of the quality of service and customer service. Top notch!!!

I was nervous at the beginning, however the staff and Dr. were great. I had a tooth extraction and it was smooth. No complaints.

Went extra mile to address challenging broken front tooth.

They got me in the same day for an emergency and everyone was very friendly and professional. Had to have my tooth pulled and the procedure was fairly quick with no issues after. Dentist and assistant were very kind and understanding.

I was told I could get a certain treatment then later they called me to tell me they wouldn't be able to do treatment.

It is really hard and frustrating to get appointments.

I know you don't prescribe antibiotics, but you do require them for treatment. So a simple reminder at scheduling could have saved an inconvenience of my wasted trip and your time.

They are very attentive, polite and explain everything well about your dental health. I personally thank the dental clinic for the good service and attention, thank you, 100 percent recommended.

Both of my kids saw Dr Hyatt today for their routine check up and cleaning. She was very patience and gentle with my kids. They both love her chair side manners. Ashley took x rays for both of my kids, did a such a great job, one shot perfect X-ray. Brittney the hygienist did my daughter's cleaning, and Ashley did my son's cleaning. Both did a great job. My kids had a wonderful experience. Thank you everyone.
