Every hygienist I've ever had at this place has been phenomenal and I was sad to see Dr. Grant go, but having met Dr. Dodge for the first time this visit, I think I will continue to have great service here.

My hygienist, Ashley, was professional, friendly and extremely efficient. Dr Dodge is a delight. He explained everything to me in detail, and answered my questions patiently and thoroughly.

It's hard to get in and when you have to wait for your parcels and you've got teeth missing, it's hard.

Dr. Dodge and his team are always so kind, professional, and explain things well. While they are a busy office, I never feel like they're just rushing me through to the next phase and always take their time ensuring that I am comfortable and things are done right. I have a lot of dental chair anxiety and trauma from awful past experiences at other places, and they always navigate it very compassionately and patiently.

It was an overall bad experience at the front desk. Can't make any appointments through the secretary when she does have access to the schedule she refused to look and make follow up appointment, she does not want to have to answer the phone for patients. It is unprofessional. We have to wait for weeks until the calling center calls us to make follow up appointments. It's really bad service. It will be nice if they can hire capable people that can actually do the job.

Check in was fast and easy. Wait time was minimal. The provider and associate were able to come to a very reasonable alternative to my dental and anxiety issues.

I wish that I had the same dentist for my visits. It seems as though there is a lot of turnover at that location for both dentists and hygienists.

All the staff at Willamette Dental in Longview are very professional and very helpful, and they get me my appointments on time, and they answer all my questions every single time, even though they are excessive, and they're always so patient. They're also really great with my anxiety, and I just wanted to say that I really appreciate that. It's probably the best dentist I've had. So, that's all.

It wasn't as scary as I thought it would be to get a tooth pulled. They did a good job

My experience was perfect. The receptionist and the ladies that work in the office, Dr. Dodge was excellent. I have no complaints.

I've had Willamette dental for about 12 years. I've never had a problem getting a prompt appointment when I've had a dental emergency or issue. In the past I was called back immediately & this time I never received a call back. I had to call 2 times in order to receive help for an appointment for a broken tooth. Then I had to wait for a month and I never received a call for a sooner appointment. Not sure if policies gave changed but in the past I was always sent to other offices for immediate care. Needless to say Im not happy about not getting prompt care for a dental issue. Especially since this has never been as issue. However once I did get in I had super great care as I always have had in the past. Im sorry but I think having to wait a month isn't right. Luckily I was in no pain and I didn't end up with an infection or a severe broken tooth.

The hygienist, Sarah, was gentle and thorough in cleaning and polishing my teeth. She was also a friendly person. Dr Dodge is very informative as he explains procedures he recommends. He is also very kind and pleasant. I appreciate the good care I receive at Willamette Dental!

The entire team at the Longview office was AMAZING! Sarah my hygienist was so friendly and was wonderful while cleaning my teeth (even with my sensitivities) she was light handed but made sure to clean them phenomenally. Dr. Dodge was also great and friendly while educating me on my next steps for future cleaning and at home care steps. The front desk Mindy was so friendly when we arrived and eased both myself and my fiancé. I really appreciated that everyone I met was truly great and provided phenomenal customer service.

I just always want to say that my experience at LEM Dental Office in Longview, Washington, has always been a positive one. The staff there is always friendly, but informative. They are always professional and doing their job well, but that puts you at ease. Dr. Dodge is amazing. He is always attentive and explains everything that is going on and answers any questions without hesitancy. And I just have always enjoyed my visits there despite, you know, perhaps having to have dental work or whatnot, you know, the experience itself is not my favorite in the sense of, you know, having had dental work, but I would 100% recommend this office to anybody.

The hygienist and dentist are simply the best I have ever had.

I move around a lot so I have seen many providers, and this by far was the most professional, kind, and just overall best provider I have seen. Of course, always want quicker appointments, but I understand the lack of providers and increase in demand. Genuinely loved my whole experience!

In my opinion Willamette Dental is hands down, the best Dental facility to have dental work done. David Dodge has great manners as a dentist and is AWESOME at his job. Willamette Dental is the place to go if you CANT STAND THE DENTIST! They treat you like your family very nice extremely helpful 10 out of 10 PERIOD!

I can only express good things about Dr Dodge and his team. Dr.Dodge is the best dentist I have ever dealt with. His team cares and listens. I know the Longview Branch is short handed but they still make you feel as if you are the only patient. I told Dr Dodge this is the main reason I went back to Willamette dental (it was previouly offed at my employment) and I pay for my own dental insurance, instead of going with the insurance offered (now) through my employer. So thank you to not only the Longview team but Willamet Corp for hiring such caring people.

Dr. Dodge is so busy that you have to wait a long time for next appointment. Example from this appointment which was for extraction of a molar: Dr. Dodge said he could assess for new denture or alteration of existing denture after 6-8 weeks of healing. But earliest appointment I could get was 10 weeks. I'm not sure if you can do anything about this -- I imagine he's this busy and booked-up because he's such a good dentist!

My daughter can't get her appointment for a filling for over 2 months which is ridiculous. Also we can't get a referral for orthodontics until that appointment so that's going to be pushing her out even further for braces that she needs. Your system needs fixed.

Asking for an appointment and it's 2 months out is a little bit ridiculous! You need to get it to no more than 30 days! If it's taking 60 days to get in to see the dentist because you're busy! no I won't recommend people to use your company because the more people you serve the longer it's going to take to get the appointment! You need to work on getting the waiting times down for appointments then work on getting more customers!

I just wanted to say that Dr. Dodge is very informative and nice and good at what he does. And he also found an issue with the back of my throat which turned out to be thyroid cancer. And my physical doctor had not been very forthcoming about it and he's the one that spotted it. And so I have since had my thyroid out and the cancer is gone thanks to him.

I had trouble with the phone call to make a appointment, with the robo call. I had to come in personally to make appointment. But that wasn't really a problem. And I got to see the doctor the next day. Otherwise in it wasn't too bad.
