Dr. Peters is truly spectacular. My son dislikes going to dental appointments because of the x-rays, but he loves seeing Dr. Peters. She speaks directly to him at his level. I truly couldn't be happier with the care he receives at Willamette Dental.

Dr. Peters listened carefully and answered all my questions in a thoughtful manner.

Both the Dr and the Hygienist are amazing beautiful people. They did an amazing job of cleaning and helping me keep on a plan to better my tooth and gum health. The experience and level of treatment was unsurpassed and I felt better after leaving than when I came in.

I've always had great care there.

Finding dental care here has been a challenge for me. Dr. Peters was the first person here in Oregon that I felt truly cared for, respected, and treated with sensitivity and compassion. It is my intention to make any and all future appointments with her for the foreseeable future of my dental and oral health. I felt very fortunate to have been in her care and hope to again.

I was very happy. They've all been nice even a Front desk.

My experience is always great. It just takes a long time to get dental treatment for fillings or other dental problems.

My scores are based on the fact I don't generally recommend folks go to any specific provider, unless it is an exceptional experience, because our healthcare system is messed up. However, my dental hygienist did not have great attention to my comfort as one time she looked away from my mouth while still polishing my teeth and then the tool moved up a bit clipping my gums and was uncomfortable. Additionally, a couple times she brushed my lips with her polishing tool and finally, used my mouth to hang the suction tool from and that was uncomfortable as well. One time I reached to grab it off my mouth and she grabbed it for me.

Just that they made procedure seem easy.

I was so grateful for the trauma informed care I received.

I had a stand by appointment for a broken tooth and had to wait a very long time (as expected) but then the treatment was very good.

Dr. Peters is sweet and gentle.

We love Dr Peters as she is so thorough. Wish we had known earlier about the issues my son has which we had a different provider previously who did not give us all the info as my sons issues did not happen over night. The only thing is being able to schedule appointments wirh Willamette is so difficult

I have been to other dentists around the country and since moving to Oregon 25 years ago-Dr. Peters is by far the best. The team of hygienists and other staff in this particular office also set the bar high. I live and work in Happy Valley and have no plans to change office locations or providers to make it more convenient for myself. The quality of staff and the care they provide will keep me coming to the Goose Hollow office even if I no longer have dental insurance.

Really happy my daughter and I got reassigned to Dr. Peters- she was very helpful and knowledgeable! Scott at the front desk was helpful scheduling my daughters ortho referral!

Both the hygienist and dentist were courteous and informative. They gently but firmly stressed to my son that he needed to brush and floss more, but did not shame him.

Dr. Peters did an outstanding job at diagnosing a hernia tumor I had or a sore in my mouth that she was able to figure it out and give me the proper information. Dr. Peters is an excellent doctor.

Trinh is great, I really like the way she works and communicates, she's nice and she cleans my teeth really well without any pain or discomfort. My dentist is also really good, she fixed a problem I had for years in a few minutes.

I found the medical questionnaire unnecessary detailed. I understand asking what medications you're taking but a mental health diagnosis? I don't understand why you need to know I had a C-section and other questions - they should be shortened to include only the information that is medically necessary to provide dental care.

It is always a pleasure to come in for my dental care.

This past visit, I had the best dental hygienist since I've been going to Willamette. I wish I could have her each time. She was so thorough, skilled and knowledgeable.

The hygienist was very good, very thorough, explained different things on how to do things differently. I wouldn't go to any other dentist. Dr. Peters was able to fix my missing filling and a second chipped filling in a very short time. I was afraid I'd have to schedule a second appointment after she examined me. Thankfully, she was able to fix it all during my examination appointment.

Good communication and education

Every one was fantastic, friendly and professional. Nikki (Dental Assistant) was personable and professional. Rita (Hygienist) was just perfection! And Dr. Peters, was kind and professional, was clear and concise which is always appreciated! Scott at check out was helpful in setting me up to get a reminder to schedule next cleaning. I did not get the name of the polite lady who checked me in, but was a great first impression. Thanks to the whole team! I feel well cared for during my experience. The dentists are very friendly and do a good job. They did an excellent job cleaning my teeth.

Dr. Peters and the hygienists, all the staff were very good, including at the checkout desk. And I did have a question after I left. I realized that I hadn't worn the vest during the x-rays that usually have had. And I don't know if the technology or the practice has changed, but I was curious about that. Don't really need to call back, but that was the only question I had. Thank you.

Inability to schedule more than 60 days out is HUGELY frustrating. When my 4mo appointment time comes, uaually takes >1mo to be seen. PLEASE allow scheduling next appointment while at an appointment!

From start to finish, every person I interacted with was so nice and supportive! I've had many teeth cleanings before but I don't believe my teeth have ever been THIS clean!

I don't love going to the dentist but every time I come, I'm treated with compassion and care. I'm not shamed for anything and they're always so kind and patient. I love coming here.

My teeth journey has felt safe in their hands. Wish it wasn't such a long wait for available appointments and being placed on waitlist.

Everyone was thorough and friendly. I understand that my location is short handed and I will be on a waitlist for a non urgent follow up visit. I will have to call in for the appointment in two weeks if I don't hear from them first, which is kind of a bummer, but it's not a huge deal. I was also not issued a reminder email or text for this appointment but I called in to confirm day of and I believe the person who took my call changed that status on my profile so I should receive notifications in the future. Other than that, a positive and professional visit!

The providers at Willamette Dental were very warm and communicative. Probably the best hygienist I've had!

Dr. Peters is extremely kind, open-minded, and most of all understanding. I am self conscious about my teeth but she did not make me feel uncomfortable. She listened to me and came up with a treatment plan for me. Ariann has cleaned me for the second year in a row and is very soft handed. She also cleaned my husband who was nervous but he told me he had an easy time with her. He was also helped by Chi as well and also stated that his time went well! The Jefferson team is very easy to work with and listens to their patients. Thank you that all you do! The team in the front office are also great!

I've had such amazing treatment with the Jefferson St Willamette Dental group. I would highly recommend them to all.

Doctor Peters is by far the best dentist i've ever had and all of the staff are also excellent! I've never had a bad experience at this office. My one critique is about how difficult it's gotten to make an appointment. I've spent days calling throughout the day waiting 15-30 minutes and never gotten through. It used to be a LOT easier but since making patients go through the call center it's not working.

I had a cracked tooth and they were able to get me an appointment for two days out. When someone else canceled an appointment I got a call, and less than 24 hours after cracking my tooth I was back to chewing and smiling like it never happened. Everyone I've ever dealt with at this office is so friendly and so helpful, I just can't say enough good things. Great experience as always.

Kariana Peters is a great dentist. Very nice, patient and informative. Even when you can tell it is busy, she does not make you feel that you are being rushed. Our family is happy to be her clients. Her staff have all been nice as well. It is difficult to get a normal appointment scheduled at this location.

I'm always impressed by the quality of my experience with Willamette Dental. From the schedulers to the front desk staff to the hygienists to my incredible dentist it's always an A+ experience. This time my only issue was that after getting my appointment reminder I called to schedule and there were no available appointments. I was put on a call back list. I then called back a week or so later and they were able to find me a spot.
