My husband and I have been going to the Jefferson Office for over 40 years! They are professional, courteous, efficient and we would not go elsewhere. Even when we've need an emergency appointment, they've have been excellent in accommodating us. Their teams scores a 10 with us.

The Dr was great - informative and approachable

Both the dentist and the tech were knowledgeable and personable. Dr. Skourtes was able to fix a tooth I thought was going to be much more problematic.

When I first called for an appointment, the template was not yet open far enough out for me to be scheduled. I had some travel coming up and needed to wait about 6 to 8 weeks. I was surprised, given the nature of the care you provide, that appointments were not open farther out. In the end, I was added to a waitlist and someone called me several weeks after my initial call to you to offer an appointment.

Dr. Skourtes & the entire team provided outstanding excellent and thoughtful care. I greatly appreciated their listening & shared decision making approach.

The hygenists are always wonderful

I would not recommend anyone to Willamette Dental due to the wait time.

Going to the dentist gives me anxiety, so I haven't been there in years. Everyone was super kind, gentle, and caring. I was able to communicate concerns and they listened and made sure I was informed and supported.

Great experience with both the hygienist and doctor

The DDS is actually a holistic provider and I am relieved that some of therapies I have been pursuing are not necessary. The DDS is a modern thinker and more minimalistic. He follows the evolving science and has determine the best plan for me. I will actually have less appointments. Thanks.

I was very pleased with my experience at this clinic. The dental hygienist, I think his name was Juan, was very gentle and attentive. Dr Skourtes was fantastic, he was friendly and knowledgeable and really easy to talk to. I didn't feel like I was trying to be sold anything I didn't need, just honest and accurate feedback centered around my oral health.

The receptionist is awesome. Whatever you do you need to keep him give him a raise. He's awesome and very helpful.

The Hygenist and Dentist are very good with kids. Very patient, gentle, and caring with children. My son doesn't show anxiety or fear when going to the dentist because the hygienist and dentist make it a good experience for him. Not a fearful experience.

It could not have been better.

It took 3 tries for your lab to match the color of a front tooth crown. I went to the lab in Vancouver but when I came for the crown fitting, the product from the lab was not even close. Dr. Skourtes and his staff took photos of my other front tooth, and re-placed the temporary crown. I returned 2 weeks later, and even though the lab had produced two crowns, neither was a match. Another set of photos were sent to the lab and when I returned to the office the 3rd time, the color match was, finally, close enough. Not a perfect match, but close enough to go with it. Thanks to Dr. Skourtes and two of his staff for their work and for staying the course.

I was at another Willamette Dentist prior to this one. Number 1 it was too far, 2 they didn't listen to me about my tooth pain now it can't be saved. Wasn't that friendly either, I wasn't looking for friend but at least be professional when you are working with clients.

I was able to make an emergency appt for my husband and he was able to get in the same day, and they were able to make a follow up appt the next week. After forty plus years going to Willamette Dental we've always felt we rec'd the best care, and the entire staff is efficient and professional. Thank you

Hard to understand hygienist

Dr Skourtes & his assistant (unfortunately forgetting her name) are 11/10 every time.

Best cleaning ever! Met Dr. Skourtes for the first time and found him positive, thorough and ready and able to answer questions I had about jaw discomfort. The Hygenist (sorry I didn't get his name!) was exceptional! Also good to see team member Mimi, whom I have known for years when she assisted Dr. Metz.

Dr. Skourtes is very talented and has provided me treatment for different problems over the years and it is always successful and effective. He is honest, respectful and friendly and works WITH me to find an approach I want to or need to do. He is conscientious and cares about the patients experience. And he has always made time to see me if needed for an acute problem whether to diagnose and make a plan or provide assistance in that appointment. The clinic is lucky to have him.

Everyone was great!

I appreciated the happy atmosphere in the office. All were laughing and talking in a positive way. Which, made me more st ease! However, the dentist did not agree with my request to have the tooth needing to have the filling replaced on it should be shortened. That filling has been popped off by the lower tooth as I chew. This is the third time to replace the filling.

We love Dr. Skourtes. He's hilarious, outgoing, laid back, and knowledgeable. Engaged both me and my kiddo in answering questions and giving information. I love that he is vigilant but low intervention, keeping a close eye on teeth but not recommending a bunch of unnecessary stuff. It makes us less anxious about the appts!
