Dr. Mott and his assistant Brandon explained everything to me and did and amazing job. I went knowing I needed an extraction and was nervous but they took care of it and explained everything and I woke up the next morning with little to no pain!! I have ptsd about dental work and especially a surgical extraction but Dr. Mott did an absolutely amazing job. Thank you sir and your assistant Brandon.

Having had horrible past experiences with other dentist's offices, I was quite nervous, expecting to be, well just really apprehensive, I was very pleased with my establish care visit. The dental technician that did the x-rays was the best! This was my worst moment, and she was amazing. I have procrastinated to long to see dentist's office, but im glad I did and am looking forward to my next visit.

Getting an emergency appt was hard. I had already seen them about my tooth multiple visits. Part of my molar fell out. Being told to wait 2.5 weeks to see my dentist or have to switch dentists is crazy. It all worked out in the end, but I shouldn't have to fight to get an appt when part of my tooth has fallen out! Screaming pain shouldn't be the only threshold.

Dr. Mott was great! I've always had a difficult time flossing between certain teeth and he was able to identify the problem and a solution. I've had this problem for years and been to several dentist, he's the first to mention it and offer to help solve the issue. Thanks!

The doctor made it very clear he didn't care about my pain. While he did provide resources, he made it clear he didn't think I needed them. It was extremely humiliating. However, the assistant was very compassionate and professional, I highly commend him.

I had a great experience for my cleaning and check up, Gracie did a great job taking my X-rays, Izumi was thorough and gentle with my cleaning and Dr. Mott was great during my exam, I know he was busy but I felt I was given quality time and I didn't feel he was rushed. The Corvallis Willamette Dental clinic has been, and still is, very efficient and professional. Everyone is nice and Dr Mott is has always been helpful and knowledgeable. A great experience!

Quick friendly service and got my teeth taken care of with work to do myself later on before I went to bed which made life a lot easier.

They were very patient with me, after I had a moment of anxiety and I needed a break. They keep making sure that I was okay.

The hygienist and X-ray tech were fantastic! Dr Mott was lovely. The receptionist was a bit rushed and I definitely didn't get to ask clarifying questions that I wanted too. But the rest of the staff and providers were great

I was treated for chipped front teeth and got filling. Prior to this visit I had not been to a dentist in a long time and I was a bit nervous but Dr. Ryan Mott explained every step of the process and helped me relax. I'm glad I got filling for my chipped teeth as recommended by Dr. Mott.

The care I got in Corvallis was awesome. I will continue to go there. The care I have received in the past at the Albany office, I would never recommend to anyone.

Very professional while making sure I was comfortable. I'm someone who is very resistant to local anesthesia and I let my provider know and he listened and made sure I was in no pain. They did a fantastic job at fixing up one of my teeth and did so in a very timely manner. They talked with me throughout to make sure I wasn't anxious and overall I was treated great. I would most definitely recommend Willamette Dental and especially Doctor Mott to anyone looking for a great dentist.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They turned a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. The only downside is how long it took to get an appointment.

Your reminder protocols are over the top too much. Once my appointment is scheduled, I do not need 10 different contacts in two days to let me know!

The hygienist was very thorough, non-judgmental despite me not having been to a dentist for an extended period of time. She explained what she was doing but not so much that is was nauseating. She was also very cautious with the scaler and hand tools to not hurt or pinch my gums. I appreciated that.

I have always had a good experience at both offices in Corvallis and Grants Pass. I love getting my teeth cleaned and look forward to my appointments.

Scheduling is not customer friendly ad you can't make an appointment in advance after visit. It was close to 2 years that I was able to get a reasonable appointment. I settled for 7 AM out of desperation. It is unfortunate as the staff is great once one is able to get an appointment. I am considering changing provider because of it.

I seen a different dentist this appointment cause having lot pain and discomfort with my bottom partial and he was excellent I have easier time putting it in taking out and eating with it no more pain thank you

My anxiety was high before my appointment due to trauma from childhood. My dentist and assistant were very understanding and supportive and helpful during the whole process. I can say that this was the best and most positive experience I've endured from a dentist facility. I will definitely be scheduling more appointments to progress my oral health in the near future!

Lori (Laurie?) my hygenist and the woman who assisted her with the initial "counting" portion of my appointment worked together seamlessly and were both extremely friendly, professional and very pleasant. The dentist was also very pleasant, professional and did a great exam.

Yeah, having the appointments, being able to book at 7 a.m. really helps with my work scheduling. And some of the appointments over the phone for my son, still haven't gotten a phone call back about appointments. So the call back could be something to work on. But yeah, other than that, thank you. It was very good service.

I am always happy with my experience with Dr. Mott and the team at Willammette Dental Group in Corvallis. I feel listened to and cared for. My cleaning was thorough and my teeth felt so clean after. I didn't need any treatment this time, but I have gotten fillings and crowns by Dr. Mott and he is good at what he does.

I recently had a rather disappointing experience with Willamette Dental. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was told that the next available slot was in five or more months and I can be in a waiting list. I understand that busy schedules can happen, but five months is an unreasonable amount of time to wait for a dental appointment. When finally I was able to get an appointment you guys called me and canceled my appointment. Unfortunately, the experience didn't improve from there. One of my appointments was canceled by the office, and I had to reschedule for an even later date. This rescheduling issue further added to the frustration and inconvenience. The overall lack of timely appointments and the inconvenience of rescheduling have left me quite dissatisfied with the service provided. I hope Willamette Dental can improve their scheduling process to offer more timely and reliable appointments in the future.

Really hard to get an appointment for a yearly exam. Had to keep calling to find the exact window the office would release their schedule as the scheduling individuals didn't know when it would be available and it kept changing to getting filled up as I didn't know when to call back as no one knew when the schedule would be opened.
