Every single visit, I am greeted with the NICEST staff! And my treatments are honestly fun...for being a dentist appointment, I truly have a good visit because of the team there! So, thank you all for making what most people dread doing, a fun experience! I always look forward to my visits!

The front office and phone customer service was superior!! Even called me back at end of day to check that I got my prescription!! The dental tech was super friendly and helpful. And the dentist did a good job trying to figure out the cause of my tooth pain!! 5 stars to this office!!

My assigned doctor has not listened to me the entire time I have been under her care, nor has she taken the time to be considerate about my medical conditions listed in my chart (ie she never seemed to have read it or have a conversation with me about it since becoming my provider). She also is noticeably judgmental about the anxiety she has caused me due to lack of consideration and care for my conditions. My appointments also keep getting pushed back from my care timeline due to lack of availability and continual changing of policy on how long in advance we can schedule. With chronic illness and oral health concerns, this does not help alleviate the stress being caused by my assigned provider.

Reaching your multi-state organization by phone is a communications nightmare to simply make an appointment at my local clinic which is a mere 3 or 4 miles from my home. I cannot do so ditectly and I am forced to go through your centralized scheduling system. My local clinic and its personnel are top-notch in my opinion. You, as a corporate organization stinks to be perfectly frank with you.

I scheduled extra time in the appointment to specifically talk to the Dentist about next steps in my journey. I have missing teeth and others that need to be fixed. She did not come talk to me just left a message with the hygienist to tell me next steps are to see how my oral hygiene is coming along. I know how to do that. That's not what I need help with. She did not come in at all. Second I wanted something to help me chew because I have no molars in the back. I thought the partial that was made would help but I can't even use it for eating. $200 gone for nothing! I will be seeking advice from one of the other dentists. She is no help for what I need.

My wisdom tooth extraction went very well! Fast, effective, with no problems afterwards. The only very slight negative was that I would have liked to keep my tooth, and I forgot to ask! (Perhaps it could have been offered.) But overall, a great job!

My dental hygienist was great. The dentist came in but she never introduced herself.

Dr Reppell did an outstanding job with my replacement crown. She's a compassionate and caring provider, listens to any initial concerns, and provides excellent results. Extremely pleased- thank you!

The hygienist was terrific: careful, listened, responded to my needs, provided helpful information. The dentist acted as if I were a burden and did not take my questions seriously - couldn't wait to end her time with me. I was disappointed in her.

Barbaric appointment.

I would give it a 10/10 but because I can't stack appointments and have to wait a month or mostly two for the next visit is kind of a drag. Also, it's not really cool when the dentist and assistant talk about their kids or home life when they are working over your face. Though, the dental expertise seems to be high.

The actual office I go to has kind staff and I like my new dentist. If they were one single office, I'd gladly recommend them. But the corporate structure of your company is a nightmare to navigate. You didn't have a dentist but wouldn't let them tell me why they wouldn't schedule me for an appointment (found out via reddit); my appointment was randomly canceled and no knew why when I showed up; and it's just a giant pain to call them as it takes ten minutes to speak to anyone who can help me.

I am terrified of going to the dentist. Everyone from the front office to leaving was so nice

I think it's courteous for the dental provider to greet the client when they come in the room. Also, the technician was kind, but obviously very new and I felt very uncomfortable having someone work on my teeth with no oversight who seemed to be in training.

It takes a long time to get an appointment with WD, co-ordinating between providers takes too long. Communication is not great, typically I have to call offices myself to coordinate and schedule appoinments.

I had my teeth cleaned by a hygienist that was new to Willamette Dental. She wasn't as aggressive as I am used to. The Dentist seems to have the knowledge needed to recommend and provide the most difficult dental care my teeth need. She could be a little more sympathetic as my needs get more challenging because I am reaching retirement.

My provider was awesome. They're aware of my issues and they relay the information about it very well. They make the process less stressful because I tend to have anxiety regarding dental appointments and I highly recommend them.

I am a teacher who does not want to have to get a substitute teacher, so tried for a year and a half to get an appointment at 4pm or on a day I didn't have school. Sounds like you're fully staffed now and getting an appointment should be easier. Yay! I especially appreciated my dental hygienist! She was the perfect balance of friendly without being too talkative. That way I was able to peacefully lay back without trying to answer questions with my mouth full. She was great!

Everyone in this practice is welcoming, professional and kind. I had a cleaning at this appointment and Adriana was fabulous. The people at the reception desk were also more than kind, prompt, clear, and helpful. The practice is very clean (important to me since I deal with a chronic immune-related condition). Every time I go there I come out with more pain then went I go in. The dentist is rushing all the time. I try not to go there unless I have to. I am gonna look for another dentist. The dentist doesn't have enough time to properly care for the patients. Very rough.

The wait times to schedule an appointment are too long. There is a 3 -4 month wait to get a appointment

The only bad experience I had was trying to schedule my appointment. They told me they were scheduled out and would have to call me back when the schedule opened up. I called back a month later I told them I never received a call back. Then they scheduled me right away. This same thing happened to me last year and I had to email my work rep. In order to finally get called for an appointment.

I have been very happy with the service. The only thing that was discouraging was trying to get an appointment to get a crown put on my tooth. And that was awful. But I understand that there's no dentist in Grants Pass and you're short in Medford. Other than that, I have been to the dentist four or five times in a year's time and been thrilled with the service. I just hope that you can find some dentists because Trying to get an appointment for a crown took way too long. Other than that, I'm thrilled with the service. Thank you.

I left with the taste of blood in my mouth. Nothing done to cleanse my mouth before sending me on my way. Everyone seemed friendly, but the outcome felt rushed at best if not outright disrespectful.

I totally enjoyed my experience at Fulham Eye Dental. I felt really seen in a dental way and there was just a lot of professionalism, care, a lot of gentility with my teeth. Sometimes I have a lot of phobia for my dental appointments. But this time around I was really calm. It was a very assuring experience and I would definitely recommend it to other people.

In the past, I've been known to avoid the dentist, but knowing the staff and dentists are all so kind is a great motivator to come in regularly. My dental hygienist, in particular, listened to my concerns and gave me thoughtful advice on what to do in the future. Even the person at check out had great recommendations for floss! The doctor was cold and robotic. I told them about tooth pains I had but the doctors were dismissive. I told them I wanted a mouth guard and they said they would recommend me some but then they forgot and rushed me out as quick as they could so now i have to go look on my own. The care they provide is becoming less caring.

The Eugene office was so great, they were super patient with me and helped me get through my appointment the Dentist was super nice and other lady I dealt with was so helpful as well. Much thank to all the staff there for all they did wish they were closer so I could go back again

I really appritiate the time and care they took to make sure the local anesthetic worked, that my scans looked correct, and that my temporary crown fit correctly. I felt like they really cared to do a great job, which I appritiate so much since we live in a time is money world. Also the office staff are fantastic.

Yes, I feel my dentist was very thorough and was very helpful and had a plan worked out for me that I liked and appreciated because most dentists didn't seem to be as thorough as she was.

Trying to get an appointment is a bit of a nightmare.

Employees are amazing! The wait time to be seen is not. Took over six months to be seen initially now another four month wait to get cavities filled. I need to have more work done after the cavities get filled and I can't get them scheduled until after I'm seen again. I would've loved to have it scheduled since it takes so long to get in.

This location is short of staff, leading to long waits for needed appointments.

Don't feel like the dentist took the time to talk over my treatment options and didn't give me time to think things over clearly. Very emotional decision to have a tooth extraction.

Carrie and Sierra were the best hygienists I have experienced there. They are patient, kind, supportive and have great personalities! Dr. R was wonderful, not pushy, explained things and didn't try to "upsell" me a bunch of procedures that I already know I don't need. The staff at the front desk were also a pleasure, attentive and patient. Took care of my needs and in a timely fashion. All around, the best experience I have ever had at Willamette Dental Group.

The staff is personable and skilled!

Having the fillings done by a dental restorative specialist as opposed to the actual dentist was unexpected. The restorative specialist was knowledgeable and knew what they were doing and were clearly skilled, however they lacked confidence and were hesitant to ask the dentist to come in and take over when they ran into an issue sculpting the fit at the end of installing the fillings.
