I appreciated that the hygienist told me what she was doing as she worked.

We love this dentist office, the staff goes out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience from the hygienist to the schedulers.

Jody at the front desk is an angel in disguise. I appreciate every single staff here: Dentists (especially Dr. Nygun), Hygienists, Assistants and office staff. Willamette Dental is a good example of a company who takes good care of it's staff, so they can take good care of us.

Everyone was nice and patient.

Everything was done correctly and great, but I had pain for a week following that appointment. I called and invoiced my concerns and nobody ever got back to me regarding it. That's kind of discouraging.

Truong's treatment didn't quite work. The tooth he tried to protect from movement is still moving with very little effort. I'm not sure what to do about that.

Dentist did great, your lack of local (Roseburg) locations and appointment openings continues to be an area that could use improvements.

I get timely appointments when I visit the office in person, but not when I dial the 800 number.

I put this appt off for a year because of fear but I love the new dentist and dental team. Thank you!!!!

We travel over an hour to see Dr.Nguyen. He is thorough and professional while also being very accommodating and mindful of our individual schedules and needs. My husband hated going to the dentist until we started seeing Dr. Nguyen and his staff. He explains what he will be doing before a procedure and checks in during procedures to make sure we are still comfortable and not feeling any pain. We appreciate his attention to his patients and the knowledge he shares with us about our oral health when we come in.

I was given a varnish fluoride to take home and put on, but the instructions were poor how I was to do it. I was just told to put it on and spit out the excess, not knowing there was a little brush inside that. So when I tried to open the container, I pushed on the back just the circular pad and varnish was seeping out. and then I eventually got it open only peeling back just to where the varnish was. So I stuck an electric toothbrush head in there and started to put it on but it hardened and messed up my toothbrush electric toothbrush head so I'll have to get a new one and then it kind of made a mess and got on not all over my teeth and on the inside and on my tongue. So it would have been better for better instruction saying there's a little brush in there, pull it all open and do it only on the outside of which I was not told that.

I wish the office in Roseburg would open back up because I hate driving three hours just to go to the dentist. That makes for six hours driving in one day.

The appointment was great! Having to wait over 3months to get the appointment was not so great!

100% appreciated the care. Dr. Nguyen looked over my dental history and gave me advice for a trouble tooth. He set everything out clearly, so he empowered me to make a decision I can be happy with. Couldn't ask for more.

Dr. Nguyen was spectacular! I was so scared to have a tooth extracted but he made the whole process easy and comfortable. I was truly amazed! Lindsey, his technician, was so encouraging and helped me to remain calm and relaxed during the prep time. She was a huge help to me!

They are very nice and the dental rooms seem to be very clean. Foyer chairs could probably be clean and shampooed.

Kind and compassionate dentist and staff.

Dr. Nguyen is amazing (hence following him from Roseburg office to Eugene office) and you can tell his team likes him which makes me respect him even more. He is always so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Plus never had any discomfort no matter the procedure which is big for dental services and negates fear of coming in for dental work. I was treated with kindness, respect, and compassion from the point of first contact at reception, to the techs, to the doctor, all the way to check out. Everyone was so helpful and a joy to interact with. This office is perfection, I wouldn't change a thing!

Everyone was great from start to finish. I thought the room was really cold but i was provided a blanket when I asked.

The only thing I don't like about Willamette Dental is it's a two and a half hour drive one way to you guys. So that's five hours of driving round trip just for a dental visit. That's extremely long. I wish you guys would get your office back in Roseburg or something in Coos Bay.

I've always been so so happy with WDG and always so happy with the team and my doctor. I would and could not imagine going anywhere else. My teeth are so important to me. There has been several issues that have come up in the last years and and they take pride in what they do and their work! I'm so thankful for my team and my doctor! My wife and I have been coming here for years. We have always had excellent care and service to our dental needs.

Providers are great when you finally get in but the long wait for appointments can be super frustrating. The providers who did my procedure (forgot their names) were excellent

The staff goes out of their way to accommodate us being clients that have followed them from the Roseburg area which is about an hour and 15 minute drive and we get in multiple appointments usually at the same time. That is my suggestion and my recommendation from anybody that still follows you in their care from the Roseburg area is to see them for multiple appointments since we have to drive such a long ways. Thank you very much we appreciate being able to stay with the same provider. Have a good day.

Everyone there was amazing. And our dentist took excellent care of my 17 year old daughter who has a phobia of shots.
