But the people I see at Willamette Dental in Eugene OR are wonderful, and once I get through at the appt number those people are also very helpful. Thank you!

I really liked the dentist. He really went out of his way to accommodate me and to try to work out something because they had to add my tooth to my flipper and make me not have teeth for a week. And he tried to do everything, put me one together temporarily. I mean, really went out of the way. So I really appreciate it.

Dr. Nguyen is wonderful, extremely caring and thoughtful. However, Willamette Dental needs more than one dentist in the Eugene-Springfield area! He was able to get me in quickly, but for more ordinary situations, it can take months to be seen due to there only being one provider.

The Dentist was so nice and helpful. He made sure to tell me all of what was going on and why. He also made sure to let me know I may lose a molar, although he will do his best yo save it if he can at my next visit. I like that he didn't just go to immediately pulling the tooth. The hygienist was absolutely amazing. She was kind, funny, informative. She made sure what she was doing was explained to me, she ptoded me with answers to my questions and was very organized. The Dentists assistant was very nice and did her job well.

Truong's treatment didn't quite work. The tooth he tried to protect from movement is still moving with very little effort. I'm not sure what to do about that.

Dentist did great, your lack of local (Roseburg) locations and appointment openings continues to be an area that could use improvements.

I get timely appointments when I visit the office in person, but not when I dial the 800 number.

We travel over an hour to see Dr.Nguyen. He is thorough and professional while also being very accommodating and mindful of our individual schedules and needs. My husband hated going to the dentist until we started seeing Dr. Nguyen and his staff. He explains what he will be doing before a procedure and checks in during procedures to make sure we are still comfortable and not feeling any pain. We appreciate his attention to his patients and the knowledge he shares with us about our oral health when we come in.
