I usually always have a great time here, however with this orthodontist I did not feel much other than a number, a burden an inconvenience and not at all welcomed. He was not welcoming or cheerful or talkative or smiling. I felt my son was there as another number to get in and out. Very disappointed. I don't feel I have any other option as I'm not sure there is another one in the office. The tech was very informative and sweet and happy to see my son and made us feel welcome. Absolutely not the case with the orthodontist though.

Hi, the staff is friendly, great, positive. Love the provider. Everything's good except for wait time is hard, and getting an appointment in a timely manner is the pit because I want my son's braces to be off, but it takes so long for him to get back in that it's really slowing the process. I think they need to provide more appointment opportunities. Thank you.

Staff was amazing, quick and knowledgeable. They made sure my daughters was comfortable and relaxed throughout the visit. She has a huge fear of dentist/orthodontist and they worked with her throughout the whole visit and let her be in control of the pace and avoided any meltdown.

The orthodontist assistant didn't have everything together, so it was taking a lot of my appointment time to get my braces on to the fact that I didn't even get my bottom braces on because it was taking too long.

The orthodontist barely talked to us. Didn't ask if we had questions. He came in, said "hi", glued brackets and left without a word. We don't feel included in the care plan. We don't know what are the next steps.

I used to go to the Twin Falls location and after switching to Idaho Falls my experience has become more positive.

The new ortho maybe need more time to get comfortable, but he's not very personable and very quick to leave the room the last couple times we've been in
