The orthodontist assistant didn't have everything together, so it was taking a lot of my appointment time to get my braces on to the fact that I didn't even get my bottom braces on because it was taking too long.

The orthodontist barely talked to us. Didn't ask if we had questions. He came in, said "hi", glued brackets and left without a word. We don't feel included in the care plan. We don't know what are the next steps.

I used to go to the Twin Falls location and after switching to Idaho Falls my experience has become more positive.

The new ortho maybe need more time to get comfortable, but he's not very personable and very quick to leave the room the last couple times we've been in

I got home and half of my brackets hadn't been closed and another bracket fell off 30 minutes after my appointment. I called the next day and they didn't want to put it back on but I was able to close the brackets by myself. I was a little disappointed

I really like the office in Idaho Falls. I think they do a great job. I hate your scheduling system. It's almost impossible to get in a timely manner because there's just not enough for the demand in the area.
