This was the best experience I've ever had at the dentist. I like going to the dentist so I generally have a positive experience, but the staff at the Idaho Falls office were so kind and exceeded my expectations. X-rays are typically painful for me because I have large tori. My hygienist was the first person to ever point them out and said she'd be careful to be gentle. It made a huge difference! I'm excited we moved to Idaho Falls and get to continue going to this WD office.

Everyone was so amazing, nice, and fun! It was so easy to talk to everyone and all my questions were answered. I've already told my husband to switch to Willamette. Thank you for such an easy experience!

The Idaho Falls dental office is superior. Recommendations would be a 10 except for the 1.800. Corporate offices. VERY unhelpful and anything out of the ordinary results in attitude. Whether making appointments or trying to get connected to the office is HORRIBLE. Because of just getting to the actual office, I have contemplated changing providers. It's only the friendly, helpful and professional service of the Idaho Falls office that I continue to keep Willamette.

I appreciated how quickly my problem was solved.

When a crown pops out, it makes it very difficult to eat. Especially when there are sensitivity issues already. Making me wait nearly a week to have a crown cemented back on is a bit much. Then making me wait over an hour in the office is even more.

In general everything is fine, but in my opinion there should be a people and language for us, we struggle a little more when communicating and we do not make ourselves understood 100%.

Loved the hygienist who cleaned by sons teeth, it was his first time to the real dentist and she took great care in making him comfortable.

I could have used more info on options also was supposed to gone over to use electric toothbrush and more education on other options to not lose tooth and other options to downside of toothbrush loss. Was an infection due to tooth inflammation after the inflammation is down .more questions felt like we were hurried for the dentist . Seemed to bother having to people listen to info ,etc

I think perhaps being aware that immunosuppressants can contribute to escalated gum disease and taking measures to treat and monitor before it became a specialist referral.
