I REALLY appreciated Dr. Gourley. He was a complete professional... he listened carefully, answered all of my questions thoughtfully and offered helpful advice. I'm also pretty much pain free today. I feel I can attribute that to his skills and care.

Both the dentist and his assistance were very nice. They made sure I was feeling okay during the procedure.

I really enjoyed the staff and the dentist, Dr. Gourley, all professional, very cooperative, friendly, enlightening, and helpful. The problem that I have is the call center. Yeah, and it's just very inconvenient and when one is trying to hurry and do an information exchange with the offices, it's cumbersome and slow and inefficient. It's my only complaint about the whole thing. It's been great. Thank you.

I have a abscess in my gum in the root area that I was hoping would be addressed. And it will be a month until I can be seen again. And so the abscess will have to wait until my next appointment.

The Salem office was amazing. So much better than the care from Albany.

Dr Gourley and his team are fantastic. They always make me feel comfortable and cares for. Dr Gourley also listens so well and is so helpful. At my visit, I had a temporary crown that had broken the day before and he got me some time with Natasha, Dr Wu's and we're able to replace it. Natasha was fantastic. Also very patient took her time and did a fantastic job.

Friendly and informative service

The only thing I can say is that nobody sent me a message or email to confirm or remind me about the appointment or the address.

Dr. Gourley and his assistant were fantastic. They are a great team and take excepetional care of their patients. I was anxious going into my appointment because I had a difficult time getting numb during my root canal prep appointment. Dr. Gourley listened to me and and got me nice and numb before and I had no issues at all during the procedure. After I received anesthetic I was visibly shaking and his assistant watched me and asked how I was doing, even though I repeatedly said I was fine, she convinced me to drink an ensure that she had right there to help bring my blood sugar up. It helped tremendously and my anxiety calmed down drastically as she chatted with me. Also, I had NO pain following the procedure. I don't know what kind of magic Dr. Gourley did when he numbed me up, but I was so surprised at how good I felt, not like any other root canal I have ever had before. They are a great team!

The experience completely sucked. I ended up with chemical burns to my esophagus and back of my throat after swallowing bleach.

I took a little longer than normal to numb & 2 roots were unexpectedly curved at the bottom so the procedure took longer than expected. I really appreciate the doctor's attention to details! The team was kind & accommodating when I was adverse to using the bite block & dam. Letting me hold the suction & a mirror helped immensely in controlling my panic.

My experience was wonderful and the endodontist and his assistant made me very comfortable and taken me through everything they were doing and what I can expect. I appreciate the service.
