My hygienist was so helpful explaining new protocol for me to better take care of my teeth and gums. It was nice to have someone explain the steps to me so thoroughly.

I really like Dr. Park, and her assistant, they were very friendly and listened to everything that I said. She spent time with me and made a plan. Very pleased.

Staff is always professional, knowledgeable, and polite

The dentist shared an insight about the mouth guard that made sense and I hadn't had one tell me this before. The receptionist mentioned a product that might help too, that was kind. I'm always impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the kindness of everyone there.

I love that it was very clear and detailed how the staff briefed me with the process of what they will be working on and the prices I was going to be charged for.

Clara Park, Dentist, my first time meeting her. She was very impressive. She was very thorough and took care of the matter quickly and professionally. ?

Apparently, I have a dark space on the x-ray near a former root canal. This was my first appointment with Willamette. I was a little surprised that through this process, there was no interest in getting my previous dental records. Looking at those might help to offer context. When I suggested it, they agreed it was a good idea. When I asked if someone could look at them, they said they would when I came in for my next visit. So they're happy to look at those x-rays, but not until next year. That doesn't seem very comforting to me. We will see, but at this point, I'm considering just going back to my old dentist.

Customer service was phenomenal, helpful, and proficiency from Hygienist Tasha and DMD Clara Park. I was able to do deep cleaning right away, thank you for the great service

Dr. Park is very personable, polite and professional. I saw her for a emergency visit, she preformed a through exam of the problem and prescribed medication. In only 2 days the pain/discomfort is so much better. Thank you so much Dr. Park for your care & compassion

My dentist explained my condition and how to manage it going forward in detail, even sharing common knowledge I didn't know before. While visiting this dental clinic, I have never met a doctor who treats patients as kindly as 'Dr. Park,' and I believe there will almost never be one like him in the future. My earnest wish is that this clinic creates the conditions for Dr. Park to work here for a long time so that he does not leave. I would like to express my gratitude once again to the doctor who took such good care of my teeth. Thank you.

Dr. Park was amazing!

Even though I couldn't really answer back, I wish they would have done a better job communicating with me that there was some complications and that's what was taking so long and not just walking away saying "they'll be back in a few minutes to give me a rest".

Dr. Park, along with Dr. Denslo and all the attending gentle clinicians, are fantastic. They're just, wow, can't say enough about them. I highly recommend them.

I normally don't fill these out bc it's corporations asking for our time to boost their sales without providing compensation, but.... Willamette was really good.

I broke tooth a few days ago and got and appointment, right. The Dentist told me, she would have to refer me to a surgeon. She also smoothed the sharp edges of my broken tooth, which was great!

It was fine I'm a pretty easy case but the assistants side conversations seemed to distract them a bit while in my mouth and overall it felt rushed.

Very good, I was so glad I was able to make it back to the clinic where I was familiar with everything.

Dr. Park is amazing. She truly treats her patients like family and makes every visit comfortable and positive. You can tell she genuinely cares-I highly recommend her.

The young secretary needs to learn manners. She is always rude. Then this ,,,, I asked her to get a paper from my Dr office I needed a new one. She just faxed the old one. When I walk in and see her I'm like here we go!!!!! All the other ladies and front counter staff are great.

My hygienist was great

Yeah, I went there and they did a filling on my back tooth. It was a gnarly one, so they did a really good job, really good job, and the staff is really nice. All of them, everyone there is super nice at the desks, in the back. Everyone's awesome. That place is cool. I would just say the only thing that wasn't great was, or is appointments being booked so far apart, like more walk-ins or something, you know, like, yeah, like that. But yeah, other than that, it was a good experience. You know, all the people are solid and yeah.

The experience overall went very well. We were very satisfied. However, when leaving we were given the wrong person's invoice breakdown. My husband grabbed it on the way out but we only noticed it was for the wrong person once we got home. We have the wrong person's dental/medical breakdown of services. My hope is that some stranger didn't get my kid's information by accident. I'll bring the wrong invoice when I return for my next appointment and ask for the correct one.
