Everything was excellent and everyone was very friendly.

I was told I was going there to have an abscess tooth removed. When I got there I found out they were trying to save the tooth. The tooth from old procedure was so old it just started to crumble and I had to leave and reschedule with my regular office. They can't extract until Nov 5!! In the meantime the abscess is causing horrible symptoms in my body and my primary care provider is trying to help me manage these. I am so miserable.

I believe his assistant's name was Shannon; she was very knowledgeable about root canals. She and Dr. Jeppson addressed each of my concerns with care and confidence.

Spokane office is good. Pullman office is horrible!

During the dental procedure I had a medical issue arise and the dentist and the assistant managed it very well. They reassured me and helped me through it. I was impressed.

They do everything quickly, thank you.

Was evaluated quickly and then told what to expect with the root canal. Was done as quick as possible while still ensuring a quality procedure.

I have been to many dentist in my life. I have been very happy with the care and kindness I have received. Even a hand on my shoulder to comfort when I was having "a moment". Very appreciate.

I was getting a root canal and I should have just spoken up but it was really really cold in that room so for about an hour I was very uncomfortable in that manner. And I was told up front that I should have asked for a blanket because they are provided back there. But other than that it was very excellent care.

Dr Jeppson was the best! He was so caring and he listened to me and my feelings as root canals are very scary for me. He took his time to tell me step by step and was very gental . I believe this was my first root canals with no real pain or issues! I am so so happy!!
