The doctor did a really great job fixing a situation I had on my gum line. He worked with the assistant and they came up with the perfect shade and my front teeth look brand new. I was unsure of what the outcome may be but they both made me comfortable and it was better than I imagined. It was my favorite dental visit and I even had numbing shots so that says a lot.

Great visit! Their was improvement

High turnover rate. Inexperienced doctors (in and out). Hard to get an appointment. Front office staff, hygienists and other staff are very kind and helpful.

The staff are all wonderful. The dental hygienist was awesome ? She did a thorough job, and went the extra mile to examine my implant. She recommended having the dentist take a look because she noticed it was a little loose. The dentist is really nice and informative as well. Thank you.

My lower lip was pretty badly bruised during that procedure. I've never had that happen before. I think additional tools could be provided to facilitate less injury to the patient.

The time for me appointment took so long.

I went to the dentist because I was having difficulty chewing and the dentist evaluated me and said that I had no cavities. Gums were good. Filling was good. But due to the pain, he would recommend either pulling the tooth or a root canal. agreed to a would come out, but then during the weekend, I did more research and found that I most likely have TMJ, which a dentist should be able to evaluate. So based on that, I did not give a very high score. Thank you.

Everyone was great yesterday. Usually they are. I've had a not so great experience there once, so that's why I didn't give a 10 for recommendations. If I were rating only yesterday's experience, I would say 10. The dental hygienist, assistant, and dentist were kind and thorough. I appreciated them. The front office was kind as well.

I think the way appointments work is not great for patients. I am only allowed one appointment a year which is already pretty minimal and then when I'm able to call to make an appointment I still can't make it within the year because when I call appointments are another month out. So I'm only getting dental care every 13-14 months when I should be getting it at least once a year if not twice a year. So the minimal Care is pretty disappointing from Willamette dental

The atmosphere is always so upbeat and pleasant. When you pass workers in the halls they smile and say hello. My anxiety level goes way down. I was even given a warming blanket.

Does not seem to the communication between your various providers is well coordinated through the electronic record system. I regularly need to repeat information that should have been noted from an earlier visit.

I especially appreciate the friendly staff who was so understanding and accommodating to our special circumstances despite it being 100% our fault. Thank you!! Made my day especially when life is just so stressful already!! Everyone went above and beyond with a smile and a "no problem, we gotcha" attitude!!! Thank you again and again!!

Dr. Denslow was very helpful, answering all my questions, offering treatment options, and explaining the implications of each. I was scheduled an appt. within just a couple hours of my call, and was in/out in a very reasonable time.

It was a quick extraction and the dentist was straight forward and very knowledgeable. It was a very good experience.

Due to the fact that I have so many other medical things going on, I was Very pleased to get in within 2 days of my filling falling out. To have the appt go as Well as it did and I didn't have the trouble numbing up like I usually do, I was thankfully impressed and grateful.

I felt that the dentist was great in how he handled the emergency repair to my broken tooth. I don't think the dental assistant was prepared to provide the needed assistance. The doctor was waiting on the assistant quite bit and created some delays. All in all for an emergency appointment I was very pleased with how everything went

Knew I had poor dental health this past year but they were very kind addressing my issues .

The dentist and the office staff were absolutely amazing, super friendly and helpful. The tech I was with, however, was not so much. She was, he said she made a correction on my temporary crown that ended up causing it so I couldn't complete my bite. He was taking x-rays and shoved the device in my throat and then told me to hold still. I was not impressed with her, but the rest of the team was amazing.

The dental assistance was amazing and the woman / worker whom scheduled or next appointment was amazing as well.

I am surprised you do not schedule the person's next appointment. 2 months open scheduling seems a bit different. My previous dentist always gave me appointment for the next visit before I left, even six months out almost sounds like your business is unstable....

The office was very professional and I appreciate the thoughtful and caring hygienists we had. Like our hygienists, the dentist had unexpectedly good bedside manner and was informative, kind, and nonjudgmental. As someone who has experienced barriers to consistent dental care and dreaded the shaming tone of some providers, such as positive experience was unexpectedly healing, as well. My only complaint is how far out the scheduling is but I understand that it's due to a provider on leave. This is a higher administration issue so not aimed at the office and staff. The person scheduling the long appt for follow up care was helpful, diligent, and clearly cared about getting the soonest appointment possible, even if it was still more than 2 months out and I appreciate effort! Overall, thank you for the excellent care and relieving me of the dread for future visits!

The time to get an appointment is inappropriate. This is not the fault of the people who met with me, and I appreciate that they tried their best to get me an appointment as soon as possible. But something needs to change about the system to allow for proper and timely care.

Always on time. Take care to measure my recession each visit. Friendly staff. Rarely have same DDS or hygienist but doesn't seem to matter as they keep good records.

I thought Dr. Denslow done a very good job. The only problem I don't have is enough time with him, just one appointment. I can't really tell you that I really like him. And I do like him, but you need to have a little more time to express my opinion. I think he done an excellent job and I would recommend at this time to anybody. Thank you.

It was a great experience per the usual.

Was very nervous about coming in due to last appt. Felt as though I'd been "water boarded" and choked the entire visit. Not ALL her fault, as my nose is chronic about being "runny", but I just can't do extended periods reclining, having my bodily fluids building up in the back of my throat, as well as the new method of a constant spray (vs. "spitting ") with suction.

I was thankful for them fixing my issue. They were thoughtful, professional and showed compassion.

Thank you for getting me in so quickly, and I really appreciated the care I received from the doctor and his assistant.

The dental hygienist did not listen to my concerns and made so many assumptions about my dental care. She complained about not being able to use lavender gloves because they were here favorite after I mentioned I'm allergic to lavender. She told me to come back when I'm not pregnant, and I almost left.

Been with Willamette off/on for decades, always get great care & staff are great also

I made an appt and scheduled for 10 days later. The day before the appt, I was contacted and asked to come in an hour later. I declined. My work schedule had already been arranged to make the original appt. I as finally offered an appt for 10 mins later. I waited almost one hour before checking with the front desk about what could be going on. I was finally escorted back. From my perspective, this was horrible customer service. Apparently I was forgotten by the front desk. The back end did not know I was there.

My dental team were a delightful company of professionals

It's a good experience. But to only have a hour time, then not finish the job and have to come back, kinda doesn't make sense.
