Did super job getting me a same day appointment for broken tooth.

Everyone was terrific!

My heigenist and dentist were extremely kind to my anxiety and explaining everything

I bought a water pick plus. an electric tooth brush, after learning about periodontal gum disease. I began using the electric toothbrush last week and I will also soon start up with the water pick this week. I also floss my teeth daily, as I have been doing for a long time. The electric toothbrush has made flossing seem a lot easier for me.

Staff was very kind and professional

I had fallen and landed on my teeth. With large chips in my front teeth, I was expecting to have multiple visits. My teeth were better than before in 30 minutes. As someone who fears the dentist, this is hands down the best visit I've ever had. Thank you!

We struggled to get my temp crown to stay on. Your office got me in to see someone right away each time without any hassle. I'm grateful for such good care.

The last 3 times I was in, the front desk checked me in but didn't notify the hygienist that I was there so I had to wait at least an extra 20 minutes before they check to see if I was there yet. My time does not seem to be respected. I'm early and the hygienist said he could have taken me early had the front desk let him know I was there. Instead went back 20 minutes after my appointment time. I can see doing this once but not the last 3 times I've been there.

I had a very good experience with my recent visit. Everyone was extremely helpful from the person who helped to get me scheduled for the emergency visit, to the dental assistant and dentist, to the person who assisted me with checkout at the end. Thank you!

My dental hygienist wasn't careful to clean my teeth, too much pressure on my teeth in the beginning and she accidentally hit my head while she was maneuvering the equipment when I was laying down.

I had a crown fall off and exposed tooth but was told that I was "in a pickle" because staffing was down and I wouldn't be able to be seen. I was in extreme pain for almost 48 hours.

My dentist was amazing. I have a gag reflex and anxiety and difficulty breathing out my nose. She was very patient and empathetic. She expertly talked me through breathing and redirected me when I strayed. Was able to get my impression in 1 go. With no vomiting for once. She is an angel

Everyone is so nice! I'm usually anxious coming into health related appointments, but you guys are so welcoming!

Everyone was very friendly and offered ideas to help with difficult molars regarding flossing.

The dentist and assistant(?) Were very kind and understanding of my concerns and anxieties surrounding dental work, and did a wonderful job. If the closer location does not work out I will be changing my dental care to the tacoma location.

I told the hygienist that my teeth are sensitive, but haven't been lately. She proceeded to scrape my teeth with such force that I was in pain the entire visit. Now, a week later, I am still in pain. She lightened up after I shrieked several times, so encourage her to start gentle next time.

In the years that I have gone to Willamette Dental I have never experienced bad service. I am always recommending Willamette, back when you had advertisements handouts I would take them to handout. Just a very welcoming establishment.

I had an appointment at 1:30. I arrived at 1:00 pm and the building door was locked. I called Williamette dental answering service and after 20 minutes waiting on hold,I was informed that the clinic was at a meeting but should be available "soon". I wish they had put a sign up at the door instead of having to wait on hold to find out.

It's always a positive experience. My family and I love being cared for by such a great team!

Would prefer not to change providers so frequently. Seem like I see a new dentist every visit.

Getting appointments is difficult, I broke out a filling and it wasn't serious enough to be seen asap it took 3 weeks to get in. This seems to happen all the time, you have to be bleeding or dying to get in asap. The dental asst and doctors are great and explained everything really good.

My son living with autism had an appointment, we had appointments back to back. The care and attention he received was the best so far!! I wasn't stressed because the staff was so professional and compassionate. I'm glad we switched providers to Willamette. Doctor was so amazing too.

It was fast for an appointment and once I was there the staff was great! When the procedure took place I was not expecting to be done in a short period of time.
