After coming in find out what was wrong with my tooth, unfortunately I didn't have enough time to get it repaired the same day. The worker stated that I could just call in to schedule. I had no idea it was going to be 2 months later.

The dentist didn't explain anything to me. He just said I want to see the patient in 6 months and didn't give me any more information until I asked. He was not informative. But it was nice being seen right away

I had a great experience during my crown procedure. Jose, the dental assistant, was excellent-he knows what he's doing and took his time to make sure everything was done properly. His attention to detail and professionalism made the entire process go smoothly. Dr Lieu was also very knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. He took the time to explain things clearly and checked in regularly to ensure I was doing well. I really appreciated the care and attention I received from both Jose and Dr lieu. Highly recommend!

Being overbooked with short staff doesn't help any situations; each patient deserves time to make sure needs are met.

The 2 people that worked in me were both professional, eased my fear of being there, and did a great job of repairs to my teeth. On the other side, I had to wait 2 MONTHS for an appointment. When I called back to make my next appointment, as I have multiple teeth that need work, I waa told that there were no appointments available, AT ALL. I would need to call back in a couple weeks to see if any one canceled. This is very hard as I am desperate for repairs.

I finally got my denture to fit properly thank you so much Willamette dental Clinic ???????????????and I enrolled my grandchildren to you as well?????????????????????????????????

Dr. Lieu is great. He gave me a clear and concise picture of my dental health. He gave me clear information about my choices with a developing issue in a filling. The assistant and hygienist were extraordinary as well. Easiest x-rays and best cleaning I've ever had.

My last visit left me with a very positive attitude toward Willamette dental. I was guided nicely to understand the "next" steps of my procedure. All staff handled their communication with my needed dental work professionally as well as on a personal basis. I am well on the mend following the guidance from my treatment team. The experience was mostly positive. I just wish I had been asked. I didn't think of it at the time. I was kind of out of it if I wanted to, you know, keep the tooth. I didn't think about it until later. But that's, you know, kind of the only thing. Thank you.

The girl that did my x ray was great. Dr Lieu was not empathetic and he was rude and callous. Not a dentist I ever want to see again. When someone is in pain try to be more considerate. He seemed to be irritated I couldn't bite down and he showed me his perfect bite. I'm missing teeth I don't have a perfect bite.

I had a horrible experience. I've never felt so ashamed or so belittled at any appointment I've ever been to in my life. I was so disgusted with the way I was treated. Not to mention, they said they can't do anything about my teeth now because it's been so long. Well, that's only because that's how fast you guys could get me in.

I enjoyed the people there a lot, and they helped me understand what was going on. The only downside has to be the MONTHS of wait time to get an appointment, and now I'm going to have to wait more months to be able to finish getting help with cavities.
