All the employees in the Seattle office were very attentive and kind, the doctor and the assistant worked well and well-coordinated!

Dr Lee at North Seattle did two root canals on me in less than a week and was a life saver. My mouth was in so much pain and now I feel amazing! She was gentle and listened to my concern and acknowledged my fear due to pain. She was able to calm me and make me comfortable for the appointments.

Been suffering with pain continuously for 2 months and was bounced around between physician and dentist for a possible TMJ. Dr Li resolved my pain and still am continuing to have pain in my teeth but cannot get an appointment and referral as early as I should. I have ended up in urgent care because of the pain but still am waiting for a referral and appointment.

You guys were absolutely awesome I went in for a root canal and I was very nervous the nurse was very kind and gentle talking when the doctor came in she asked if I wanted to put some music on my phone I said I don't have any and ask her if she would hum me a tune while she was doing it LOL the procedure took about an hour and 10 minutes from when I walked in the door to when I walked out I definitely appreciate the kindness and the gentleness that they gave me you definitely took the fear out of dentistry that day for sure the next couple days it was in a little bit of pain is what the doctor explained to me what happened definitely happy with you guys big thumbs up thank you very much for all your time and caring effort I hope you all stay blessed

Dr Li was wonderful! Been going to Willamette in Bellingham for years and never had someone like her. She was great. And explained everything to me what the problem was, the risks, and what she was going to do treatment wise by showing me the problem on my films. No one else has done that. I am so thankful to her and grateful for her saving my tooth. THANK YOU DR LI!

Very professional and they definitely made sure I was comfortable with the two root canal's back to back!

I usually have nerve damage when I get the shots for the numbing shot, the anesthesia. But she listened to me about that and then we chose a different route where it didn't do that at all. So I had absolutely no negative repercussions from this dental work. And it was awesome.

Dr Li was quick in responding to my request for an appointment to drain my abscess. She was professional at both appointments (root canal and access draining). I just wish that she would have looked at my abscess during my appointment two days prior in Everett. It may have prevented additional pain, worsening symptoms and and additional 1.5 hour drive each way for care.

Dr Hong Li provided excellent care. She explained what she was going to do and constantly asked if I was ok. Her assistant was very professional and helped to calm me by asking if I was ok. It was a 2 hour procedure and I really appreciated the mouth guard she used so my jaw didn't get tired. I have never had anyone use on of those and it was very much appreciated. Thank You so much for the awesome care.

Dr. Lee and her dental assistant were amazing!! My fear of the dentist is usually a 12/10 but after dr. Lee took care of me I can officially say I'm so much less scared of the dentist! Thanks for taking such good care of my needs and my tooth!

Dr Li was absolutely incredible at helping to quickly and thoroughly address a tooth issue that two other dentists, an urgent care doctor, and an ER doctor had all passed along. When I called to ask for help, she found a way to both conduct a consult and perform treatment that same day, and then took eh extra time to make sure my abscess drained and I wouldn't have a recurrence. I am extremely grateful for Dr Li and her teams care!

Dr. Li and her assistant were very, very, the atmosphere they created, it was calming, it was very encouraging, very peaceful. I knew what they were doing. They constantly were checking with me if I was okay. They were telling me what was going on and what they were going to do. It was a very peaceful experience. Dr Li went over an beyond the call of duty. She found a problem with the tooth next to the one on the treatment plan and asked me if I would like it fixed right then n there. She told me the additional cost and said it was an easy fix. Let me be clear, Dr. Li is simply outstanding. From the moment I walked in, she showed a level of kindness and care that is rare. When she found out I hadn't eaten, she didn't hesitate to offer me a juice. A small act, but one that speaks volumes. A root canal isn't something anyone looks forward to but under Dr. Li's care it was as smooth and painless as it could be. She let me listen to my headphones, ensuring I was comfortable every step of the way. She provided extra information before I had to ask, showing her dedication and expertise. If I could make her my primary dentist, I would in a heartbeat. This was, without a doubt, the best dental experience I've ever had. Also a big shoutout to the dental assistant (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) who was great as well!
