Excellent service, they were very kind to me.

I called the emergency line at 7am with severe pain in my tooth. They said the message would be sent along to the local office but no message was sent. At 12:30pm I had to go to an office to get attention. I was then provided an appt at another office at 2pm. Nobody ever received notification of an emergency visit needed prior to the 3 day weekend.

The dental assistant would sometimes talk to you like you were a baby I didnt like that

Always a group of very kind professionals. I have severe anxiety at the dentist and the whole staff puts me at ease.

Cody was AMAZING!! He got all the tea stains off my teeth. They're so pretty and shiny now!! Dr. Cole was also very nice and attentive

I love Willamette not only for their affordable dental care but the amazing dental care teams!!

The dental provider was very aware of any and all signs that there may be discomfort and did everything he could to ensure that the appointment and dental procedure went as smoothly and as comfortably as possible.

I had been unable to locate the prescription that I was supposed to take ahead of my examination and they were able to provide it to me very quickly so that I did not have to immediately go to the pharmacy and pick that up. So that was very, very helpful. Thank you for your guys' service.

The doctor was so unprofessional that time and stat telling me what should I do and where do I have to take care of my children, but the doctor can't provide services for special needs kid at all. I would not recommend that person

All of the staff I interacted with were amazing. I think it was my best dentist experience ever.

All 3 were polite & friendly. First young man to take xrays was "Very" friendly. We chatted down the hall, ×ray room, even brought blankets so I could prep arm that recently under went surgery. :-)

My hygienist has been with me for about 14 years. I always make sure my appointment is made with Antonia! Dr. Cole is excellent. The partials he fitted me with are very comfortable.

My hygienist Patricia was very gentle and also thorough, an excellent experience. Dr. Cole answered all my questions fully.

They were absolutely amazing. All Staff was on top of everything. There was no surprise with the total at the end. They throughly went over everything, made sure that all was good and questioned were answered before parting way. Would recommend to friends and family. Bonus was location was easy to get to.

I have been receiving dental care for many years from Willamette. My last visit experience was excellent as it has always been with the Willamette team. Care givers are always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Services are timely and easy to obtain when needed. I am very happy with Willamette.

The staff were all so kind!!

It was a rushed visit. I was late due to receiving the wrong information on the location of the visit. When I made the appt, I asked if it was at the same location I had gone to previously and told them the names of the cross streets of the location. I was told that it was. When I got to the location there was no Willamette dental there. I called the Willamette number and was told a different address. Even though it was less than a mile away, it was on an unnamed street that was hard to find. This is what led to a rushed appt and lack of time to provide appropriate information for dental care and information on future appts.

The dentist drilled 2 of my teeth, filled one and then said he would be back in 5 minutes. He never returned. I had to come back a different day to get the work finished. The office manager did not contact me the day of or the day after they said they would. Afterwards I'm assuming they tried to call me even though I left instructions to contact my wife instead. I am thoroughly disappointed with the service.

I love going to the Willamette Dental in Boise!!! Definitely a top notch dental office. The whole team was professional, caring and very efficient.

They treated me with great kindness and patience, and made an effort to speak Spanish. I am very grateful to each and every one of them.

I wish the doctor would come around and face me. He stood above my head and talked to me but I never saw his face. It felt weird that way. I could even tell you the name of the doctor as he and his helper never introduced themselves to me.

Everyone in the office is an absolute joy to work with. I've never had such great service from a dentist office before! Five stars, 10/10! Dr. Cole and his helper were fantastic!

The Boise office was excellent in helping me get an appt for a broken tooth when my main Willamette office is in Richland, Wa office. They were excellent and I am very appreciative for their service and kindness.

Willamette dental is a great office.

I was very anxious about my appointment because I don't love the dentist office, but Patricia, Matt and Dr. Cole were extremely kind, helpful, and listened to all of my concerns. I left the office feeling grateful and like I could go back again without that same anxious feeling. I was also greeted so kindly by Amber at the front desk, she walked me through what my appointment would be like in a soft tone that made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. 10/10 experience, coming from someone who always avoids the dentist office.

I have had issues with my appointment times getting moved without anybody speaking to me about it. I receive a text that just tells me that my appointment time has been moved or a call that tells me. And I think that's extremely unprofessional and that is not how these things work anywhere else. If an appointment time needs to be moved, you need to speak to your client and see what works for everyone involved. And this shouldn't be a thing that happens regularly either.

A very positive experience all around. One suggestion. On the treatment summary it would be nice to be able to note trouble areas that need extra hygiene attention. I was told by the provider but I can't exactly take notes while in the chair.

My experience with John Cole was a much better experience than my last two dental sessions. I do consider that he had good news to give me about my teeth and Gumm condition because it has improved. However, I just liked John's warmth and his communicability to me as the patient.
