The client before me caused the dental team to run late for my appointment. I had to pick up my daughter so didn't have a lot of extra time to give. So it was rushed appointment. Otherwise everything was good.

I liked the kindness of the dental and administrative staff, as well as their smiles and genuine interest in all their patients!

It would be really helpful if we could schedule our yearly appointments at the end of each appointment. I find it very challenging to remember to call to make one so that I'm not having to push my appointment out several weeks each year.

Dr. Chen was the best dental provider that I have seen. He was kind. He was calm. He listened to everything I said. He kept on asking me if I was okay throughout the appointment. I really think him and his dental assistant cared.

Dr. Chen was extremely eloquent with explaining my options in great detail. I really appreciated that. It is a rare trait. Unfortunately, my own dentist is on vacation (at another branch), and no one has called me yet. But I appreciated Dr. Chen, after an hour drive.

The staff are always friendly and willing to help when I have an urgent concern and are able to find an appointment for me within a reasonable amount of time. The service is excellent and I enjoy the fact that my dental office is so close to my home.

I noticed that the gold that was on top of the crown I had is missing. Not sure what happened to it but what I received back is not what I brought in.

I want to thank the customer service representatives that answered my call. They were empathetic to my situation and offered their services in a calm and professional manner. This was early in the morning, probably right after they clocked in and set down their items. I was panicking because I thought I had an gum infection and the customer service representatives did their best in calming me down and helping me see a doctor as early as possible, which was only 6 hours later. Thank you both.

If I say I have an infection let's deal with the infection first .. don't make me wait for an antibiotic until I come in .. I've been going here for 10yrs and have always had a pretty good experience.. after my last root canal seriously thinking about changing

I had a cracked tooth and Willamette was able to get me in the next day. And doctor was extremely patient and careful and explained to me all my different options. I could not be more happy with Willamette Dental and how professional they were and how quickly they took care of me. Unlike so many dentists and doctors these days where even in an emergency you have to wait for days. So I very much appreciate Willamette Dental all the time but in particularly when I had an emergency like this.

Dr Chen spent time to explain my procedure and answered my questions.

Dr. Chen listened to my concerns and was clear about my treatment options. He corrected the mistake of the previous dentist so I could floss where the filling had been placed. He explained what the next steps to my treatment plan. I hope Dr. Chen is around for a long time; he is a great Dentist one of the best I've seen.
