Very professional

I miss going to Willamette Dental at the Seattle location. They always assigned the same hygienist, which was amazing for continuity, relationship-building, and trust. It's someone new every time at this location. My previous dentist at the Seattle location was personable, warm, friendly, and funny. My current dentist is hardly in the room with me for more than 2-3 minutes and says very little.

The Kent office has very nice staff that always do their best!

I was scheduled for a tooth filling. But when I get there told me i have to come back because the dentist fully scheduled. Or wait for 40 mins. So I have to make another appointment.

I really like the dental hygienist, she was very kind, informative and overall great. I also enjoy the dentist at the end. I am not someone who loves going to the dentist but I have found this place and these people awesome.

This was a totally pain-free procedure that normally I would be so anxious about and in pain later. I appreciate the warm caring environment and that the doctor took his time to make sure I was comfortable.

Overall my appointment was fine. The tech was so gentle and I really appreciated that! There was someone training and when my x rays were done she had to do it a few times and the mouth piece was uncomfortable.

My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner. I feel strongly that all employees were kind, patient, very knowledgable, an educational. I have had anxiety every time I go to the dentist, I felt none of that while visiting Willamette Dental. Thank you for your succinct explanations, and kindness

I came to get my teeth cleaned, but it was rushed through and only did half because the The dental hygienist had to stop and go to someone else. And she did not finish me. I felt like that was very unfair that I didn't get everything that I came for. But the dentist was great very helpful.

Within 24 hours of contacting Willamette Dental I was in the chair, after being met with a kind professional atmosphere, my need for a tooth extraction was being addressed. The staff were very friendly and caring with me and my anxiety with having dental work done and especially with the lady that did my injections. I'm usually difficult to get numb but she seemingly did it with ease and was explaining the process as she was doing it and also helped bring a very calming influence to help with my anxiety. The whole experience from the time I arrived to the time I was leaving went about as best as I could have hoped for.

The client before me caused the dental team to run late for my appointment. I had to pick up my daughter so didn't have a lot of extra time to give. So it was rushed appointment. Otherwise everything was good.
