Overall it was painless

The appointments are so far out, and I can never get scheduled in a timely manner. I had to wait 3 months just to get my 2nd impression made for my partial. It is so frustrating not to be able to get an appointment in a reasonable time frame!!!! If you only have very few offices to serve people, then you should not take more patients than you have providers to serve it is unfair to the patients to wait months and months to get an appointment. This is an ongoing issue with the Kent clinic and have been told even by the staff. It needs to be fixed!!!

The General dental guy walked in looked @ my teeth. Check out my mouth & bottom teeth & Clean some of the plaque off my bottom teeth & talked to the his assistant & said everything looks ok & the dental assistant never looked @ my teeth correctly nor did they clean any of my teeth down. I've never had this happen before. They have always sat me down & clean my teeth correctly & floss my teeth & have gone over any issues they have seen. None of this never happened. The assistant just put a mouth protector around my teeth & was done. I was disappointed in the service for the first time. Hopefully this won't happen again. They treated me like a check up visit for little kid. NOT happy @ w/ this.

I was rather disappointed with the visit appointment as I did not receive any follow-up information. Additionally, I encountered difficulty in scheduling my next appointment. It appears that the front desk staff may not be fully satisfied with their roles.

My specific dentist was amazing. Calmed me down and helped me feel confident and better about everything.

Nothing much only that I wish it was open for at least half a day on Saturday. However, I get the importance of taking time off to spend with their families. So in other words. I am extremely satisfied and would not change a thing. Definitely would recommend.

All members of the team are great. The only issue I have is how far apart my appointments are to get a filing.

Everyone I dealt with was wonderful! The receptionist got me in that day for my chipped tooth. Both the tech and the dentist were extremely kind and understanding about my anxiety around my teeth. They were both funny and personable which made me relax immensely! He did an amazing job fixing my tooth! I'm so thankful and will come back for more work on my teeth!

one thing that I was not particularly fond of was that one of the receptionists was talking very loudly on the phone with non-related work conversations, not very professional in my opinion

I truly appreciate the quick nature I was scheduled given my urgent crown/filling issue. The office was spotless, warm, welcoming, and professional. I had to switch from the Bellevue office to the Kent office for this unexpected procedure and now, I think I am going to keep Kent as my main office because of how great the experience was (nothing negative about Bellevue, but Kent was fantastic).

Excellent satisfaction

I lost a crown last winter but it took 3 months to get in. My crown no longer fit. Dr. Sadana said the tooth moved up. That required grinding down the crown and perhaps requiring a new crown, for $500, in the very near future. If I had a timely appointment that would not be necessary!!

My lips were drying up and the hygienist put Vaseline on them which was very nice because my lips were ripping. Overall I had a great experience and would come back

Dr. Sadana is EXCELLENT!! However, some of the front desk staff are terribly rude and unprofessional. This particular appointment was a dental emergency however I had to wait a week to be seen.

Dr Sadana is amazing. Professional, kind, and funny is a rare combination.hold on of that guy.

The lady that cleaned my teeth was very professional and did an awesome job.

It was good

I was contacted to make an appointment and took time off work to make it to the one they had available, but was then told at the appointment that there was a record of me needing a filling and I had to come back. This was a waste of my time. Why were the appointments together? Why would I be asked to come in and then immediately come in again?!
