My dentist is very kind, considerate and always checks to make sure I'm comfortable. She also is very interesting and has conversations with me that keep me focused on that and not procedures. :)

This has been the best dental experience of my life. The team was wonderful. Warm, comforting, and kind. One minor issue. That office is very cold. I was given a blanket which was awesome.

I made an appointment in August. But I needed to cancel that. After cancellation, I could not make appointment for a while and finally I could make one. It was 10/23. I LOST 2 MONTHS.

I hate dentist visits with a passion. My blood pressure reflected that. I have to loose my 1st adult tooth. It is a hard pill to swallow. Both the dentist and assistant were very kind, caring, and compassionate. I think my best experience yet.

my doctor was absolutely phenomenal. she is so attentive and caring to your comfort and very quick. i had no questions because she provided me with all the information i needed without asking and same with the other helpers she had!! everyone was extremely comforting and supportive and kind. i honestly could go on and on about how great they are, i've never had a better experience than i have here!!

Overall the experience was fine. My daughter had some crowding and they didn't offer orthodontic visit until I asked about it.

I have had a great experience with the dental care provided. My problem is with scheduling. It is very difficult to make an appointment, because they are apparently booked solid for the whole scheduling window. I had to change dentists and offices within the Willamette Dental Group just to get an appointment. I'm treated like a new patient every time I try to schedule an appointment. If scheduling was fixed, I would be extremely happy with the experience overall.

I had to call several times to set this appointment. It was for prep for partial dentures. Staff promised to return calls within 24 hours, but never called. I'd give them 5 business days then call again with basically the same results x 4 weeks. On the day of the appointment, I called and left a message and did get a return call, and was asked to come in that day.

I absolutely adore Dr. Khrazzi. She's always so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I feel truly informed and taken care of every time I see her.

They kind of helped me get rid of the fear of going to the dentist. It had been a long time because I got traumatized when I was younger to where I hate going. But it will take a few more visits till I get comfortable.

Both Sheida and Larri were direct and professional [and I appreciated that].

Both the dentist and the assistant were amazing. They made my son feel so comfortable that he didn't feel a thing. It was the fastest trip to the dentist I have ever had. It took longer getting to the dentist than the actual visit.

I was seen very quickly and kindly by a dentist in Hillsboro. They said my local office would refer me to a specialist because I need an expert opinion on whether I need a root canal. Today, when I tried to find further information regarding the matter, I was told that I cannot be referred to an specialist, so I am left with no understanding as to whether I need a root canal, or any actual recommendation of what steps to take next...

I have a major issue going on with a tooth. I tried to get an appt for 7 weeks. They scheduled my new patient but couldn't get me in before that for my issue. They did my new patient but barely looked into my issue. Told me it's close to the bone and very serious then tried to schedule the appt to fix it in 2+ MONTHS. Finally got them to look get me in next week. Front desk scheduler was not super friendly. Person doing X-rays was great. Not really happy with my experience so far.

Only thing I have to say. It seems to take a while to get hold of someone when calling the office. This is my first experience,and when I've called. I've been on hold for over 10 min every time.

It took me a while to find the right provider. The dentists have been okay, but with only a few exceptions the friendliness of the office staff has been generally disappointing.

I really appreciate Dr. Kharrazi. As someone who came to the dentist with a lot of issues, she did not pass judgement but instead made feel very relaxed and safe.

Dr. Kharrazi is the best dentist I've ever had. She goes above and beyond every time I see her.

Both the hygienist and dentist were so good with my son. They made him feel comfortable and talked to him like you should talk to a child. It's really hit or miss when it comes to the people at this office actually being kind and caring towards my children, but both of these women were really great.

It took several tries to get my partial fixed, but they kept working with me until it was fixed successfully!

I don't think we have seen the same dentist more than one time or maybe twice since we started with Willamette. It seems like there is a lot of turnover within hygienist and assistance, which does concern me in terms of why people don't work there for very long.

Dr S was fantastic!! Can always put me at ease ( since I haven't had dental work in a while). She answered all my husband's questions too and put me at ease in regards to upcoming appointments.

Dr. Kharrazi is a superb member of staff. She is personable and clearly interested in my health. The palpated cancer checks are especially welcome (kudos to Willamette Dental if these are now standard practice by all providers).

After having some unsatifsying experiences with dental providers in the past, I have found Dr. Kharrazi to be ideal in terms of genuine care, communication, and warmth in anxious moments. I genuinely believe Dr. Kharrazi should be invited to speak at seminars or educational programs to new dentists because her bedside manner is so good and beneficial to patients.

The best dental team I've ever had

Was an excellent experience and very educational. Could have use a little more discussion of the timeline of future care as it was a little confusing.

Dr. Kharrazi was AMAZING. She was so kind and friendly. My youngest daughter saw her last month and my oldest saw her later the same day as me and we all agree...we love her. She mentioned that she was just filling in at the Hillsboro office, which is disappointing for us. We would be more on time with our cleanings if it was always her. LOL. Thank you Dr. Kharazzi for making our dentist appointment less painful and for being super amazing. We hope to see you again!!

Friendly people

Dr. Kharazzi is so kind, reassuring, friendly and respectful. She kindly answers any questions I had. She is a ray of sunshine. And I feel confident I will always get the care I need. Also, she is proactive and truly cares about her patients. This is only my 2nd interaction with her, yet I feel like I've known her and had her as my dentist forever. Also, Heather was so sweet and so kind. And I truly appreciated her professionalism. She kindly gave me a goodie bag full of different items I could try as well as new toothbrushes and floss. I've never had that happen. It was a nice treat and gesture.

The interaction with the hygienist in the dentist were great. They treated me like a human being no just another customer in business

Was having tooth pain and even as a new client they were able to get me in same day due to a cancellation. Everyone was very nice and did not judge me for how long it had been since I had last been to a dentist.

The only downside is that it is far away from where I live. It takes me 1 hour driving to get there.

My first experience with the team, and was leaps and bounds better than my old provider!!

I came in with an emergency. I have an absence and half of my face had swollen. They got me in right away and set me up with antibiotics I got at my medical provider.

It was great

I was very impressed with the dental provider I saw for the first time today.

When I was over at the dental place, they gave me an x-ray and told me, I went over there for an emergency. And they sent me back home with six antibiotics and six approximates and mouthwash and some utensils which is cool. But they didn't schedule an appointment five days ahead of time because the antibiotic treatment was to decrease my mouth inflammation. And so on the bottle it says, take two pills before getting surgery or whatever. So they just sent me home with a bottle of antibiotics but no scheduled appointment. And I really didn't like that.

the hygienist and the doctor were fantastic. Very attentive and caring. Great information and I truly appreciate how they helped me.

Dental assistant and dentist were both very patient and kind with my son.

We arrived to find a locked door because a staff meeting was taking place in the lobby. Multiple other patients also showed up and started crowding in the entryway. This created a back log at check in time, and a back log to get us back to see the provider. Please consider ending staff meetings 5-10 minutes before scheduled appointments for a smoother transition.

While the facility itself was a little dated and no frills, the staff (receptionist, assistant, hygienist, and DDS) were all friendly and good at their job.

Great experience from start to finish!

My concerns and questions were considered and answered seriously, my comfort during the session was assured, and transparency was offered throughout the appointment.

It had been 3 years since I've been to the dentist. Neither the hygienist or the dentist lectured me or made me feel guilty about not going for three years. In fact, they were very gracious given the circumstances. The exam and consult were excellent and done with compassion.

Everyone was kind starting with check in all the way to check out.

All the staff at this location was fabulous. They're all very professional. They know their jobs. They are very courteous. And it was a pleasure having my visit there.

They were very friendly and good with children.

My only complaint was how long I had to wait for an appointment and no way to communicate when I had an emergency tooth problem. I had to go to another dentist to get my emergency care done since my appointment was a over a month away with this dental group

They were the most friendly, kind, funny, and caring about you and your teeth. There concern for my husband was fantastic and lit a fire under him to get him to start caring more about his health. He stopped smoking, drinking, and ran out and got salads and healthy foods. I thank them for putting the scare in him to motivate him because he wasn't listening to me. Now he has his ears perked up.
