The staff are absolutely wonderful. I have never been treated so well at any dental office. Dr.Terry went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and made sure I was comfortable the entire visit. No pain and I left the office a very satisfied patient. I was happy to get an appointment quickly when I broke my tooth but saddened that I would have to come back to have the tooth prepared for a crown. I was surprised that the dentist suggested that I could wait to do this, particularly when it was a 2 month wait! I can't imagine walking around with a broken, hard edged tooth for 2 months!

I had an amazing visit with Normandi and Dr. Terry. I was very happy to hear from Normandi that I am doing a good job cleaning around my wisdom teeth. Dr. Terry was really nice and happy for me that I didn't have any cavities. I can't wait for next year!

I really like the staff and the Dr. They are all very friendly and welcoming. My only gripe is the 2 months in between appointments to take care of my dental issues.

Amber at the front desk is absolutely amazing. And Dr. Terry always makes sure that I am calm enough with the nitrous oxide and my mouth is numb enough before he starts any work. And I really appreciate that because I have way bad, bad dental anxiety. So I just want to put that out there every time I come. Amber is super, super nice. I am professional and Dr. Terry is amazing.

I had my teeth cleaned and I have been experiencing pain all most like a nerve is exposed. I don't know why. I will call and let my dentist know.

I was told a manager would be in contact on Friday. Have not heard from her. Issue not resolved.

The best. They got me in that afternoon when I called needing to be seen ASAP a was having really horrible tooth pain. They fixed me and were absolutely the best in doing so. So grateful to have them as my dentists, I love this place. Everyone there is great and the dentist was absolutely amazing at what he does. And his assistant was wonderful. They treat you like family like you really matter. ?

My son had some interesting comments to share about the side conversations his hygienist was having during his appointment. Something about the legality of a person killing their own pet in the state of Idaho? My son said he wasn't bothered by it, but certainly commented on how odd it seemed.

I always love coming here. Kind, professional and efficient. My kids love the prizes and good bags!

Cody, the dental hygienist who worked with me, was fabulous. He was personable and efficient. I enjoyed meeting him Dr. Terry was professional and knowledgeable. He saw me promptly and explained some dental issues clearly and concisely.

Love these guys they're the best

I like the fact that my dental assistant really was thorough when I asked him questions about the x-ray and he gave me tips on as far as the electric toothbrush and how to use that as well so I appreciate his honesty.

I was treated well by the staff I encountered. I was asked what I wanted regarding my treatment rather than being given their opinion like it was my only option. I appreciated that. I was pleasantly surprised by the estimated out-of-pocket expense for the treatment I opted for.

Too long a wait for appointments

My hygienist was very nice and easy to talk to! 1st time I had a male hygienist at Willamette and appreciated him listening to me and we had nice conversation together! Highly recommend!

I was very pleased with my visit as I've always been. I would have liked my dentist to get better acquainted with me the first time, and be more detailed in helping me to understand my options. A better recommendation of treatment would also be helpful.

Amazing with kids. Made my son so comfortable and even though it was a bad news visit he left saying he loves the dentist.

I thought it was a great experience except she had to wait about 45 min for the dr to come in when I sat in the lobby watching 6 other patients in and out after she went in.
