A great experience

The dentist was very gentle!

The dentist didn't even know what tooth i needed a filling on. And this was after the numbing was provided. I had to make sure they were working on the correct tooth. And no education on what to do after filling. Not very friendly.

This was fantastic. But on other occasions the time before treatment was too long. That is why I didn't rate that a superb!!

My recommendation would have been a 10 , if it didn't take so long to get an appointment

I was in a pickle with some chewing and tooth pain and was seen on the same day and given a temporary filling until I could get this appointment for a proper filling. I really appreciate how everyone accommodated this request and helped me to get quality care quickly. It's not fun needing dental work, but I'm thankful for the kindness and professionalism of the Willamette Team. Thank you all again!

It is taking to long to get an appointment for a filling. An entire year is to long The Tumwater office is overbooked and understaffed Allowing one filling at a time is rediculous The dentists are very good at what they do but they need more to cut the year wait

To get my other root canal done and I had to schedule out an appointment more than a month away I wish I could've got it sooner, but it's understandable if that's all that's available.

I endured an unacceptable wait of over two months for my initial appointment. That's unacceptable!

Incase Emergency can i go to another clinic that have open spot or no?

The Dental Hygenist was great! and So was Dr Lin!! I am just going to switch from Tumwater clinic to the Lacey clinic!

Staff extracted a broken tooth at the appointment rather than assess and schedule another appointment. They managed pain. I had very little pain afterwards. Top notch.

Last time I was in, about six months ago, I had a not great experience. This time around it was a dream comparatively. I felt heard, things went smoothly, they treated me with the utmost care.

The staff were nice but the practice seems extremely disorganized. I had to call multiple times about a referral and never got one to see a denturist. I wanted information about the extraction and denture process especially how I would be able to carry on normally throughout the process. I got an appointment for the first extractions but was not given any information on how to prepare for the surgery. They didn't give me a prescription for the anti anxiety medication until I asked and had to explain what it was. Just very disorganized overall and patients are not getting the care they need from Willamette Dental. I'm scared to have anything else done there especially getting all my teeth out! I don't trust the organization knows what it's doing.

This was an ER visit for a broken tooth, and the first time I've seen Dr. Lin. Dr. Lin was careful and gentle, so as to not cause me any further pain. I would love to see her again for my dental care.

Everything was good besides my numbing. The technique used my the doctor left pain for up to 48hrs. Never have I ever had pain like that from a numbing injection. She needs to adjust her method of Injecting

Willamette Dental and staff are great.

I have had Willamette dentist for 40 years and have never wanted to change! They are a good dental professional!!!
