Dr. Zero’s Biography

Bianca I. Zero, DDS is known for being compassionate, friendly, smart, and kind – qualities that shine through in every patient interaction. Her passion for dentistry began in 8th grade, when she joined a service-learning trip to Guatemala. There, she translated for patients at dental clinics, returning to volunteer for more than a decade before becoming a provider herself.

Dr. Zero is especially proud of her time during residency, where she had the opportunity to work with patients with varying degrees of intellectual disability. Whether in the clinic, under sedation, or in the operating room, she felt honored to provide care to a population often facing unique barriers to treatment.

Outside of the office, Dr. Zero loves visiting local farmers markets, enjoying the vibrant colors, community atmosphere, and fresh ingredients for home-cooked meals.

A third-generation female dentist, she is passionate about dental ethics and volunteers her time teaching classes at the University of Washington. Dr. Zero chose Willamette Dental for its focus on prevention, patient education, and individualized care—values that align closely with her own approach to dentistry.

Dr. Zero was exceptionally empathetic, thorough and professional during my examination. I appreciated the time she took to examine my teeth, to explain what she was finding and to recommend what I can do to improve my dental hygiene.

My daughter and I had appointments at the same time for different services. My daughter's hygienist had called out sick, but they knew my daughter had a very restrictive schedule and were able to find a work around and assign a different hygienist for her. I really appreciated that because my one main complaint with Willamette is the difficulty of scheduling the routine exams for the exact day/time I need one. Thank you to Bellevue Willamette for recognizing how difficult re-scheduling would have been for us!
