The staff was wonderful during my appointment!

Staff are very welcoming and friendly. They make sure that you are comfortable during the procedure. And they are open for questions about healthy dental practices.

The dental hygienist definitely read my medical history and pretty much aware of my psychological condition. I was seen in the nearest room or adjacent room from the lobby and opened the blinds right away before starting the procedure which alleviated a lot of my anxiety.

There was a miscommunication about the reason for the appointment. I'll have to make a new appointment with the different doctor.

I am so sad to see Dr Kuo retiring. (not that she doesn't deserve it) but I believe I have been going to Willamette longer than any of their other employees have been there. She is awesome.

Star, my dental hygienist, was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable, and I felt like I learned a lot and was well taken care of.

My children and I have been patients at Willamette dental for 30 years. Without question, the attention and care we have received have been the reasons for never changing providers. This was my last check up with Dr. Kuo as she is soon to retire. While I am sad to see her leave, as a fellow recent retiree, I applaud her decision and wish her all the very best on her next adventures. Thank you so much for taking care of us!

Please have maintenance fix your doors. Could barely open front door. In bathroom, the door slammed shut into my elbow really fast and hard. Surely you know your doors aren't functioning properly???

My husband and I really like Dr. Jamie Kuo. She has always made us feel comfortable. And the others in the office as well. We drive 2 hours from Mount Vernon to return to this office. We will miss Dr. Jamie Kuo when she retires.

My hygienist was amazing. I have extremely sensitive teeth and always dread getting my teeth cleaned because of it. She used desensitization gel and numbing gel to make the process as easy as possible for me. I am so grateful for her kindness and concern for my tooth sensitivity.

It is inconvenience to make an appointment. You need to update or apply a better way to schedule an appointment. The quality of the service is great and very professional.

I came in to get help getting a new night guard. Instead I was given a dental exam and was told they did not have time for a night guard fitting. I was told I needed a different appointment. I repeated multiple times throughout the appointment as well as at the beginning that I was there to get fit for a new night guard since mine had broken. They repeatedly ignored me and refused to help with what I actually needed. I was forced to make a different appointment for a different day to come back and get fit for a night guard.

I needed the staff to give us more information to prepare for our first cavity filling appointment, since we have never experienced this before. There was no paperwork on prep for me or my child.

Amazing work with the dentist was like an artist and made me feel at home. She got the job done quickly and with great customer service.

Dr. Kuo and her staff were extremely helpful and paid attention to my needs.

There were several mistakes made. Dentist tried to remove my temporary crown from the wrong tooth and broke part of the old filling on the correct tooth and had to do a partial filling before putting on my new crown so I had to endure being numbed up when it would not have normally been necessary.

Jenni was a very good hygienist and very thorough in cleaning my teeth. Dr Kuo is always on top of my periodontal concerns.

Dr. Kuo and her team have provided me with expert and gentle care for many years, and I am always confident she will recommend the best treatment for my dental and physical health.

I felt my child was not treated with empathy or kindness, especially considering how scared he was. I expected a focus on building trust and creating positive experiences for children under five at the dentist. Instead, the dentist we saw was cold and rude to both me and my son. Although he opened his mouth and showed his teeth, he became overwhelmed when she tried to examine a back tooth with tools and shut down. She then told him he couldn't have a toy because he didn't cooperate enough, which devastated him. Now we have to work on rebuilding his trust before his next annual checkup. As someone with a master's in childhood education and years of experience in elementary education, I was shocked that a pediatric provider would treat a young child so harshly and use negative consequences in that way. I left the appointment deeply upset.

Dr. Kuo, Taelee & Karen are a team whose expertise and reassuring confidence made my daughter's & my visit comfortable and stress-free. Thank You Team! Thank you all your hard work!

Initially I had a problem scheduling the appointment within reasonable time. I was told that the first available appointment was in 3 months, which is unacceptable. I only got the appointment in a reasonable time frame after indicating my displeasure and asking to talk to a higher level staff.

I had an emergency situation, and Dr. Kuo and her team made my visit a painless experience. Dr. Kuo is the best, and I'm very grateful to have her as my dentist in the past 20 plus years.

Our initial appointment was a good experience. The staff was both professional and friendly.

Dental benefits are not upto par. I had a crown done which broke in 1 year. Obviously sub par quality and work. You cover crown only once in five years. Now do I go without crown for 4 years?

Good experience at Bellevue clinic last week. Horrible experience trying to schedule my kids appointments at Seattle last spring/summer. Felt impossible to get in, waited ages, they never had the next months calendar and I could got figure out how you possibly schedule.

Loved being asked to demonstrate how I floss! That seems like it would be a super helpful thing in these appointments, but that was the first time I've experienced that at the dentist.
