I just want to say, I had Dr. Fakih this time because my old Dr. is not with WD any longer. Dr. Fakih was fantastic!!! He talked me through a few things, answered my questions. Even identified something I need to talk to my PCP about. I am so grateful for his care yesterday. Thank you!

The dentist was great. I appreciated that he did not lecture me about not wearing a night guard for my bruxism. He respected my priority for good sleep over the night guard.

The dental hygienist was amazing! He was incredibly thorough and I don't think I've ever had my teeth clean! The doctor was just fine and all of the staff was awesome. It was annoying to have to fill out all of the health paperwork again. I love Willamette Dental

My original Dentist left, and I met my new Dentist. He is amazing, introduced himself etc, and made me feel very comfortable and confident with the changes. My Dental Hygienist is fantastic, as were the ones I've had prior. The front desk is always friendly, professional as well. The interiors are always clean and inviting. I am new to Portland and feel the practice makes me feel I am at home

Wonderful service

Overall the dentist was ok, but didn't really talk to us as equals. He also called my daughter he even though it clearly showed she was a she on the images he was looking at.

I was disappointed in the initial phone call that went to a central system, as they could not schedule an appointment for me. I went directly to the office and staff there was wonderful and immediately set up an appointment

Gabe was amazing! Gabe was so kind and friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. He explained what things meant, was also nice to the other staff members and made me feel at ease and not shamed like hygenists at past dentist offices have made me felt. The dentist was also nice! I always think "this is the time I'm going to get someone who makes me feel bad", but every time I come I get someone even nicer than before! Please keep doing whatever you're doing at this location! It's a great patient experience.

Good and efficient care in office. A bit difficult to schedule appointments. Would love an online scheduling option. Also the calendar should be open much further out. At all previous dentist/orthodontists we've had, we scheduled our follow up at the appt. Never had to waste time on phones/chats after establishing care.

No phone tag, good communication, good bedside manner. Very professional and everything was done timely

I would like to say about my experience that in arriving, they were prepared working together, very kind and patient and helpful and gave me recommendations to continue improving my dental care at home. I felt welcomed and questions were answered.

Dr. Fakih was great. I saw him to fix a broken filling because my regular dentist was not available. He was caring and thoughtful. I would recommend him highly.

All the staff and doctors were very kind and sincere and humble. I love them all.

I felt like my needs weren't fully addressed. I left home with a mouthwash and that was it and my problem still is persisting. And they didn't fully listen to how bad my pain was. Told them it's been difficult to eat and everything. So just being prescribed a mouthwash for it left me still in pain and disappointed. I have to make another appointment to readdress the same issue I was hoping to address my first visit.

The hygienist was excellent - professional and skilled. However, the dentist spoke to me like I was a child. He needs to work on speaking to his audience.

I just think that with my dental issues that it takes a very long time to resolve my tooth or teeth problems. I started a root canal procedure during the summer and I still have not completed my root canal and have to continue to take antibiotics due infection keeps coming back. Appointments are too far apart. My last appointment was canceled due to illness.

This doctor I had, I can only remember his first name Hussein. So great. Explained everything and the reasons why he would do things. I haven't had an experience like this since I was at The Weidler Office and my first dentist over ten years ago. I understand the staffing issues, but this had been my best experience in years. Thank you.

the office and hygienist were not kid friendly at all. we waited 45 minutes for our 3 year old to see the dentist and he was expected to sit in the chair surrounded by stuff he couldn't touch for that whole time. we won't be bringing him back to this office

It would be really helpful if I could book my next appointment on the way out. Even though you send reminders, it is much more immediate to set a time while it is fresh on my mind. Please open up appointments 7 months out.

I have always been treated very well at Willamette Dental my kids and I have been going here fir over 20 years I am also have anxiety from my childhood dentist So I would always every time recommend you folks !!

The doctor was kind, patient, and compassionate. He took ample time to listen to my concerns and answer questions. He asked the other dentist on staff to take a look at my tooth to get a second opinion. I really appreciate the care I received from both dentists yesterday.
