Fast and easy

Scheduling future appointments for existing patients SUCKS. Why can't I schedule future appointments when check out of current appointment. Your appointment reminder is very annoying, a few is fine. You have way too many reminders.

Jennifer and AJ were outstanding. They explained what they were doing and did it and did it carefully. Never once did they pinch my lip. I'm well satisfied with the work they did.

This was the quickest appointment for a filling I've ever had! I was in and out of the office in less than 35 minutes! Previous dental offices on the Southern Oregon Coast took far longer for a filling to be completed. I was very impressed with the timeliness of the appointment!

I felt very comfortable in a clean environment staff was very friendly and professional love this place my extraction was quick I was very impressed with my dentist .

The dentist Jennifer I believe she is an out of town dentist. She is amazing. The X-ray technician didn't give me any hope but Jennifer came in and was able to temporarily fix my tooth. The office put 3 temporary crowns on 3 separate teeth and never completed the work unfortunately this was on that completely broke off. I appreciate dentist like Jennifer.

Good experience. My jaw hurt for about two days after the visit. I think this was due to the numbing shot for the filling, not tooth pain. It hurt to open my mouth to eat.

The procedure was in a thorough manner and the staff was very accommodating

My interaction with the reception staff was not very pleasant. There were several occasions I needed to repeat my statement, which was frustrating. I had a previous interaction with that receptionist that made a rude comment when I attempted to schedule an appointment over the phone.

My dentist is a good provider, but never has enough time to speak with me. I assume it is because willamette dental views its patients more as a source of income than a patient to be treated. The inability to schedule out appointments in the future which I have done my whole life when at other clinics is also another bothersome issue which seems like an unnecessarily created issue that could be solved by allowing scheduling when leaving the previous appointment. I also have found it difficult when trying to contact my clinic by having to contact a central clinic, and when they call me when I am working I have to play an elaborate game of phone tag that makes a question that could be answered in 30 seconds a 10 minute ordeal.

I thoroughly enjoy the office at Willamette Dental. I use the Milwaukee office and if I have my choice, once I start my Medicare, I'm hoping to stay with them. They are professional, kind, and just a lot of fun and they make your dental experience pleasant.

The dentist that I saw, I believe is Jennifer Nguyen, mumbles and talks too fast and is in a hurry to get out of the room and did not listen to me.

I made a mistake and did not leave work in time to get to my dirt appointment. I call d on my way and the lady in the phone thanked me for calling and told me she would send a not to tell them I was on my way. Then the lady at the desk said I was going to be charge $50 I did the best I could and thought that calling was what I should do. And was reassured all was good

Getting an actual appointment scheduled takes forever, but once there everything is great

Scheduling an appointment was not a great experience. I waited 2 months for a call back and after not getting one I called in. Had to wait on hold for quite a long time. Luckily when I called in there was some immediate availability.

Mostly great experience. My only complaint is the gum depth check I had seemed very slow and more painful than I've experienced with other hygienists. I wish there had been a bit more care about my comfort.

My daughter said her teeth still have plaque on them the hygienist did not get them completely clean. She didn't tell me until after we left or I would have said something then. We have had multiple appointments canceled because of call outs at the office. You need people who work when there are callouts took almost 2 months to get another appointment scheduled when my kid didn't have to miss school. We like our provider, she listens to us.

Making an appointment only 60 days out is ridiculous. Not sure why standard preventive appointments can't be made 6 months to one year out. This is the most frustrating part of Willamette dental

It has been difficult to get an appointment. My appointments have been canceled and then I can't get in for months again. Everyone was great. The hygienist actually provided me more information than the dentist did. The dentist was maybe with me for 2-4 minutes. Long enough to look in my mouth and tell me someone would be reaching out about my referral. It was a very different experience.

So I was in for an infected tooth and basically the tooth was not cleaned out. The infection wasn't really addressed. The filling was just repaired maybe in five minutes and then they sent me on my way without even saying what to do if the infection got worse or really addressing the problem of the infection. That night I did not sleep at all because the infection got worse and it was the worst night of my life. I had to get the tooth removed the next day from one of the other locations. Yeah, so my worst dental experience ever in my life.

I love my dentist. Dr. Nguyen Is lovely. She's funny and nice and very good at her job. I'm really glad I have her as a dentist

The two ladies that helped me yesterday were amazing. The only issue I have is I booked an appointment for a broken filling, but I was put in the system as a check up. It wasn't until I repeated myself a few times that they listened. They fixed my teeth yesterday, but it felt rushed, like I was the last appointment n they wanted to leave. After my face stopped being numb, I noticed a few things wrong 1. There's a sharp piece on my back bottom L tooth that scrapes my tongue 2. There's a sharp piece on my front R tooth 3. There's a little too much (I think you call it composite) on the back of my R front tooth I'll have to make another appointment to see if I can get it fixed. It's frustrating cause I work 2 jobs and I don't know when I'll have the time to get in. Aside the little issues, the staff is super friendly and professional.

Give that Dentist PROFESSIONAL a raise and a vacation because she went above and beyond and tuned my $10 smile into a 150$ smile in one gosh darn appointment!! She's the best!

This dental clinic is the best office I've ever been to. The team was extremely professional and supportive. I have extreme dental anxiety and past dv trauma making dental visits very hard for me. I left after an emergency tooth removal smiling and relaxed. Recovery has been progressing well. I'm actually looking foward to my visit soon

The hygienists were speaking openly in front of limit about how difficult it was to work with my limitations (getting imaging with me not being able to bite down easily) and were rather insensitive about my loose teeth.

Hygienist Chris was great and proficient! Assistant Camille was friendly and kind. Doctor's presence was brief and she told me to monitor my discomfort instead of explaining why the sensitivity occurs. I feel like I could have learned more about my situation rather than feeling like addressing it was pushed to a different appointment.

I was able to get a same day appointment due to being in awful pain. I have extreme dental anxiety, I felt respected despite being a difficult patient.

Just a thank you to Dr. NGuyen for seeing the big picture of my pain and adjusting my bite even though it was an urgent add-on appt.

I'm always very uptight and scared at the dentist, but this was extremely, they offered me a blanket, she showed me the tooth, she explained everything, the assistant was really good. I was very impressed by how engaging they all were...from the front desk, to the person who took my X-rays, the hygienist, and Dentist. They were all kind, efficient, knowledgeable, confident, and all worked really well together and everyone seemed happy to be there to provide dental services. I also had almost no wait before they came and got me in the waiting room.
