Love Dr Jang. I have high dental anxiety and she has a way of calming me down and fully explaining every Step of the process. Truly cares about her patients.

Great teamwork at the Puyallup location.

It is difficult to get in for orthodontist appointments if you have an issue arise outside of regular appointments. Our daughter had a wire cutting through her cheek. It would be great if people could get in for quick fixes like that.

Waited in chair for too long before seen by dentist.

The dental assistant was very kind, thorough and attentive! My Dentist is the best dentist! I think she is very good at explaining everything while working on you. She is also very attentive, and relaxed which makes my experience with her very relaxed. I've seen her for a while now and I would say I feel More relaxed and confident in her than with any other dentist I've had.

Everyone was great with my son. I always worry because Iv been in situations ( in medical facilities) where providers don't handle his ADHD well. My son asks a lot of questions when he's nervous . Previous providers have been irritated, aggressive and rude. But not at Willamette. This made my son's visit easy and enjoyable for both him and myself. Thank you

The hygienist is awesome

Needed a tooth extracted and it required dentist to accomplish the task. Turned into training day from my perspective. I have a busted mouth from the wrenching on the right side of my mouth. Overall experience was not pleasant but the objective was completed. Is this normal? I dint know as I only have two data points. This was the worst. Was it because it was at 430 pm? Could be.

I like my dentist and her assistants, I had good service, treatment, and a positive outcome. I wish the focus was more on saving teeth than pulling them. We did not discuss the possibility of a post and a crown for the tooth that was pulled, it only occurred to me after it was pulled, that if there was a possibility of saving the tooth, that would have been my preference.

Appointments are too far out for me to recommend to anyone.

The hygienist was patient and caring about my high anxiety while being at the dentist. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The dentist was informative and listened to my issues. She came up with a plan and put me at ease.

The staff was sensitive to the needs of my nervous child and I appreciate the care and patience provided.

It was my first root canal. I wish they would have given me a little more info of the steps or process. They worked on me and then took an X-ray and then I sat for 15 minutes or so before they came back to finish. Was uncomfortable wait with all the root canal stuff in my mouth. Don't know if that is how it usually is.

What an amazing team of women at the Puyallup clinic! The providers and assistants work together so well, and together they provide top-level care.

I appreciate my dental team for being able to fit me in so urgently when I called in for a broken tooth! I was shocked and slightly panicked but they recommended I check in the afternoon time for a spot and I was able to go that day!! The filling done was so quick and painless and the dentist was so great she explained the steps that were being done and i greatly appreciated that!
