It was my first root canal. I wish they would have given me a little more info of the steps or process. They worked on me and then took an X-ray and then I sat for 15 minutes or so before they came back to finish. Was uncomfortable wait with all the root canal stuff in my mouth. Don't know if that is how it usually is.

What an amazing team of women at the Puyallup clinic! The providers and assistants work together so well, and together they provide top-level care.

I appreciate my dental team for being able to fit me in so urgently when I called in for a broken tooth! I was shocked and slightly panicked but they recommended I check in the afternoon time for a spot and I was able to go that day!! The filling done was so quick and painless and the dentist was so great she explained the steps that were being done and i greatly appreciated that!

The music in the lobby is awful, I notice it every time. Appointments are hard to get, which is frustrating. The staff is great though (hygienists and dentists that is- I've had mixed experiences with office staff).

I liked the the provide spoke clear English and was a great listener, although the scheduling was a bit frustrating as they messed that up for us but it all got figured out in the end.

Fixed a broken tooth. When I made the follow up to get the crown, they had no record of the fitting/sizing for the crown when made the follow up appointment. So I had to schedule for a fitting and a placement, which both were three months out. That's a long time to wait.

They were kind and helpful.
