Worst experience. New receptionist has no people skills.

I have always had my needs met in the most compassionate manner. My dental provider and team are extremely excellent in what they do.

I like how friendly and professional tge staff were. They also seemed very respectful of my time. My appointment was rendered in a timely manner.

The only thing would be the residue inside the glasses at the top they provided, not sure if was due to coming off the gloves of the worker or from a previous patient.

Everyone was great, from the receptionist to the hygienist, to the doctor, to the appointment desk on the way out. I couldn't be happier with my experience!

The dr and her staff are always friendly and go over everything before the start on any procedure. They don't rush to get it done they make sure the work is performed correctly. I've heard negative things about it from others, by my experience has been nothing but wonderful. I finally can smile without keeping my mouth closed. I appreciate all the hard work and care that has been offered to me.

Hygienist KiKi was awesome, professional, and very skilled cleaning my teeth and was a great educator on how I can maintain great teeth with flossing the right way. Dr. Park was very friendly and took the time to do my annual exam and was positive. All staff throughout were genuine, welcoming, and professional. I loved the experience throughout. Thank you!

Appointments are months out. Seems a very long time

Date of next appointment given at time set was a day off from date sent on line.

I had an issue along my gum line a couple of months before my appointment. They took ex-Ray's and asked lots of questions and said everything looked good at this time. Very professional.

Wait times for appointments is extremely long, between 2 and 3 months in most cases. My wife has been waiting over 2 months just for someone to call to make an appointment. Based on recent experience, we expect the actual appointment to be 2-3 months after she is allowed to schedule it. We like Willamette Dental as our provider but this has caused is to consider changing.

Had to schedule weeks out for a crown to get glued back on. I realize in the current state of the world, a few weeks is not a big deal. But it was def uncomfy and I was anxious waiting that long.

I have no problem with the employees or the care they take to be professional, gentle,etc. The Tumwater office, however, is terribly understaffed. One has to wait forever to get appointments.

Cheryl and Amanda are the best, I call them the A team. They are professional, conscientious, witty, pleasant and efficient, they put the patient at ease and make you feel welcome. Dr. Park was also very professional and informative the whole team makes you feel they care about you as a person.

I love my hygienist. She is super, kind and gentle. I make my appointment when she will be working. She is just great!

Always great care. They listen to patients' concerns. Always willing to answer questions. Patient is involved in decision making. They are respectful of patient decisions regarding treatments, and, do not push if a patient declines further treatments.

Dr. Park does a great job and is very professional and personable. I couldn't ask for a better dentist.

Dr. Park is great. She does a great job and is always very professional. The issue is trying to get an appointment scheduled. Takes a long time unless it is an emergency.

Great exceptional service from beginning to end. Love these folks. The best of the best. They give service nationally, not because they have to. Nothing worse than telling folks what they have to say. It's so fake. This team here is the one you need to use for an example to teach other teams. Just my opinion. I've been a manager all my life, I know about teams and people, so trust me on this.

The hygienist was very thorough and I appreciated the time and effort she was able to give with wonderful results.

They have always treated me well and answered my questions. They have been non judgmental When I have not worn my night guard as I should. It is now been resized to fit me better

My experience has always been very, very good at Willamette, and I've been with you guys for over 24 years, 23 plus years. So, you know, I have no complaints. Everyone tends to be very professional. Great. Finally got in. Nice people

Everyone was very friendly and explained everything they were going to do before they did it. Which definitely helped with any of the nerves I had during the appointment.

I spoke with several different staff members on this visit. Each were very friendly, helpful, personable, and professional. Procedures were well explained and my questions were answered. Of note, when I arrived, both of the ladies at the front desk were busy with other customers. One of the customers appeared to be having a rough day and was frustrated. I was very impressed with the calm, professional way your staff member handled the situation, and came to what seemed to be a positive outcome. You have some great people working here!

I would just like to say that it was very well-rounded from making my appointment. I had to reschedule a few times. They were right on top of getting me back in. The lady that took me back and did some x-rays was fantastic. The hygienists that cleaned my teeth were fantastic. And then Dr. Park herself was amazing. They're also friendly and informative. All good. Sam did an excellent job....made sure I was at ease and comfortable.....under the circumstances..... She was friendly yet professional. Dr Park did an excellent job explaining my dental health needs and was also quite pleasant.

I appreciated the quick help and friendly team. It had just been a while since I have had to have any work done so it would have been nice to have a refresher if there would be tenderness or if I needed to stay clear of certain foods. I had to ask about it, and was given an answer but I would have just expected the information without asking since I had been numbed and there could potentially be side effects. Overall good experience!

It was my first time there, and I didn't know what to expect. But I was really surprised how friendly everyone was and how quickly I was seen. It was a very chill vibe and not so uptight like other dental offices I've been to. I hope it is like this every time

We do not do fluoride and have chosen not to do sealants, and we very much appreciated that they accepted our choice and did not argue nor fight woth us about it. They merely said "ok" and respected our decision. Not many providers would do that, and we appreciate it for more than you could know.

Everything was great!

The only thing I don't care for is being able to see and hear the patient next to me. Not a real big deal, but if not a wall, a partition would be nice.

My experience was good. I just takes long to get an appointment. Everything is always scheduled 6 or more weeks out

I have been going to Willamette Dental for years and the hygenist and dentist have been very helpful to maintain the good health of my teeth. Seeing the same 2 people for my appointments is great because they know what I expect as well I know what to expect from them. It is a pleassure to have such great employes

I'm transferring my file to the Puyullup office because the Tacoma office was awful to work with. I have received professional care from the Puyullup office. The Dentist did a great job.

Excellent service, was able to get me in right away for a broken tooth, explained all my options and scheduled me for my follow-up in a timely manner. The dentist was very, very professional and very great bedside manner.

Quick, checked her teeth and oral health. Let her know how to clean her teeth better. Gave hand outs showing and telling how to do it.

I have a new team working with me now Dr. Park and her assistance. My first experience was exceptional. Looking forward to her and her assistance taking care about my dental needs in the future.

It is so frustrating to get an appointment when there is an emergency. Just glad I was able to get in at the Puyallup office where I felt the professionalism. In fact, I might make that my home office now.

Scheduling staff were awesome to get me in same day; allowing me to transfer to Tacoma to Puyallup location; and all staff were awesome! Location and parking is also key.

I was very anxious about the mapping procedure and the hygienist was very patient and gentle with me. The dentist was very friendly.

The walls could use some color or some art to look at while procedures are going on. Too sterile and boring. Also, maybe some music to listen to while drilling etc.

The team that day the dentist and her assistant both so nice and attentive my needs. I felt comfortable and much better after they helped me. I was on severe pain that morning . Dr. Park is amazing. We have been going to her for probably 6 years or so now and she's amazing. Our family does not like the dentist and needs a lot of dental work and she always welcomes us without judgement and wants to partner with us on our health. She explains her thinking and is able to navigate toddlers to adults. We keep coming back because of her and it provides great assurance to know we have a consistent provider who knows our history.

Everybody that I talked with or assisted me somehow is extremely nice. Dr. Park is maybe one of the only dentists that I've ever liked. Not that any dentists were not likable, but she's very personable, she's very kind, she's very gentle. She's very good at her job. I absolutely love Dr. Park. All of her assistants were absolutely wonderful. Everybody asked me how I'm doing the entire time. I was a little bit nervous about things, and it was so simple and so easy. It was a great experience for a root canal. Thank you.

My only complaint is that I only get one appointment a year because my teeth don't show need of more than that. However, I cannot make my appointment until 3 months prior to the time of my last year's appointment and because of that it pushes me to more than a year between my appointments.

Canceling the appointment the day of was annoying since I took the day off of work. Found a replacement for me the following week but canceling for someone not showing up for work was annoying.
