Great staff, hygienist and dentist. Incredibly poor scheduling options (3+ mos out).

Very friendly, caring ,professional & knowledgeable.

I loved that the dentist stayed with me after injecting the novacaine. And it was the quickest dental treatment I've ever had. He was done in 13 minutes.

All in all pretty good. Was late when apt was at 3:30 was seen late. But all in all good. Took time to get smaller glasses.

The dental assistant was very professional, patient, and answered all questions pertaining to my dental concerns. The doctor was outstanding, great sense of humor, very caring, friendly and answered all my questions. Overall I had a great experience in n this office.

This location has no dentists who work with kids. They couldn't do anything except refer us to a child specific dentist that will take up to 3 weeks to schedule. I wish they would have taken my child's age into consideration rather than wasting my time to go to yet another dentist.

I was greeted my your front office staff with kindness. They immediately made me feel welcome and safe in this offices care. My hygienist listened and relayed my concerns to the doctor and she also knew my concerns before I talked to her because she reviewed my chart first. My doctor actually turned so I could see his face. Not speaking from behind the chair and really listened to me say I was worried. He paused and said " you will be ok. We have a plan." I loved the small town feel. Thank you everyone from the front to the back!

Even though my extraction was very difficult and took much longer than normal, the doctor and his assistant were very encouraging and professional throughout the procedure.

I was very pleased with my experience. The assistant and Hygienist were very good and helpful and listened to me.

I was extremely nervous about pain and he was reassuring, kind, and responsive. When I did indicate I felt slight discomfort he took me seriously and immediately adjusted.

My in office experience was everything I hoped for. The process of booking an appointment leaves a lot to be desired. After calling the number given to make appointments I found myself on hold for far too long. After calling every day for a week, I finally used the online appointment scheduler. Making an appointment shouldn't be such a pain.

In general my experience with the dentists at Willamette Dental have been positive. They are attentive, patient, understanding and kind, especially in light of my dental anxiety. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the other staff. I have had several unpleasant and unprofessional interactions with hygenists, assistants and office staff(schedulers ect). It is those experiences that prevent me from enthusiastically recommending Willamette Dental to others

I have major anxiety at dentist offices. My hygienist was definitely trying to stay on schedule but was very kind and warm after we got through the cleaning. Dr M was very nice.

Staff was very professional and accommodating from my first phone contact through dental treatment.

The hygienist caused a cut in my mouth with the back of the fluoride brush.

I really appreciate their bedside manner. My last appointment I had to have a surprise tooth extraction, and i got really anxious because this is the first time besides my wisdom teeth, that I've gotten a tooth pulled. The anxiety made my blood pressure skyrocket, and to calm me down, they sat there with me and talked about the rabbit population in Australia, and it worked!

My experience in willamette dental they take care you very well. The doctor did a good job when he pulled my crown. I did not feel any pain. His assistant dental she is very kind and she explained everything to me the information about which teeth the doctor is going to pull. She explained to me what have to do to take care the tooth the doctor pull how to stop the bleeding in my mouth. I am appreciate their kindness to the patient. Thank you

The filling adjustment is okay and I fell a bit of pressure on the tooth for now. I hope it will adapt with a new filled in the few days.

My only issue is the communication about getting my prescription toothpaste to my pharmacy. Dr. M stated he would write up the prescription and send it over to my pharmacy, but the pharmacy states the never received one and they couldn't get ahold of the office to confirm.

The hygienist, Lisa, and Dr. M are absolutely wonderful! I could tell they genuinely cared about people and loved their jobs. The only reason why Willamette Dental scored high on all the measures is because of them.

The dental hygienist and Assistant were new to me as I've been coming to the office for quite some time. They were both fantastic as usual and Dr. M's team is as good as always front office. Staff is also very friendly great experience, which is normal for this team.

The whole experience was great. April was amazing and the dentist was very good.

The price estimate of $89 did not meet the reality of $246. Also, I have had no problems with Kaiser and suspect the dental office is misleading patients to make an extra buck. Can't say trust is real strong.

I had an experience with Willamette Dental that was a very positive one. My doctor was Dr. Mahmood Maghsoudlou, and he was very thorough, professional, quick, capable, competent, and kind. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Visit was very pleasant. Not sure why they don't use the protective cover when doing the x-ray though. It did concern me that I wasn't provided the prescriptions ahead of my appt also.
