we arrived promptly at 4:00 but had to wait until almost 4:30. After I went to the window to point out, our appointment was at 4:00. we were assured back into the appointment cubicle. but only after others that arrived after us or being beckoned.

Very disappointed that you closed the Grants Pass office. It's inconvenient to drive to Medford but will be doing it. Orthodontist is always a good visit. Very professional and friendly.

I love the girl that helped me, I cannot remember her name, terrible with names, but she is fantastic. She is so personable, always answers all my questions and is so careful which I appreciate. She is a total asset to your company!

This appointment was a complete waste of time. The doctor did not even look in my mouth and did not, was not needed. I just needed to pick up new orthodontics trays and nothing was done at this appointment that I couldn't just walk in, pick up my trays and leave.
