Dr. Goff is incredibly talented, gentle and brilliant

You know i went into the appt thinking for sure they were gonna tell me they have to pull this tooth i had hurting. It was in my smile line and i was dreading the appt. The doctor was so amazing. She could tell how badly i didnt wanna lose the tooth and i could tell she thought it was a better idea to pull it. Nonetheless she was able to save the tooth and from the bottom of my heart i am so thankful.

Dr Goff was really good. She definitely addressed my issues.

The hygienist and dentist were fantastic! They took time to explain the procedure, checked in frequently and I felt both heard and comfortable with them. Dr. Goff was a new dentist for me as mine was unavailable, and I liked her so much, I will actually be reaching out to switch to her practice.

Everyone was kind, easy to work with and knowledgeable.

Dr. was very nice but didn't seem to have solid answers for anything. She seemed less prepared or maybe just not confident. Not a deal breaker, but noticeable.

The team that helped me were so thoughtful and careful as they went through each step of evaluation and completing a procedure. I have a medical condition that could be triggered by the procedure and they constantly checked in and made sure I knew how to communicate to immediately stop.

They were all superb

Emily listened to my fears, she made me feel real comfortable. In the past I have put off going to the dentist, now that I have met with Emily, I am egar to get the work done to feel better.

Dr Emily Goff is very good doctor. She did the difficult tooth and other doctors dud not want to do it. She is the best. Thanks a lot.

Dr Goff was very helpful when assessing my teeth for care and Debbie my hygienist and Phuong were very good and informative.

Dental visits to Willamette Dental - Lents are always great. Everyone is super professional and kind. The appointment procedure is the only negative thing. It took over a month to get an appointment from the time I started a chat on the website to finally the appointment staff just directing me to the Lents office directly to make an appointment.

Dr. Goff was great. Katie the hygienist was also awesome. My son was very comfortable.

They helped me address all my issues and got me out in a great timely manner.

Dr. Goff was amazing, took the time to answer my many questions and go over all possible treatment options with me. I have fairly severe dental anxiety and she put me at ease with her calming manner, patience and obvious competence and knowledge. The hygienist Angie was also very welcoming and gentle with me from the moment we walked back. Just a great experience all around.

Scheduling is such a challenge! Multiple Times, my family has gotten an automated message that we are due for an appointment and when we call to schedule we hear that there aren't any appointments available. This frustration seems fixable.

The whole office has great culture of kindness and real listen and explain exactly what involved in what your getting done my dentist custom adjusted my dentures as she was training her assistant I was so appreciative of the high talent

my likely hood of recommendation is based solely on you not having enough staff to be able to book appointments. the staff you have are great but a waiting list before you can even book an appointment isn't great.

Very long time between making an appointment and walking through the doors. Emily was very easy to understand and was quite pleasant. She did a wonderful job.

My experience with Willamette Dental over the last few months was disappointing to the point that I'm most likely leaving during the next open enrollment at my workplace. Some of the providers were wonderful but some weren't and the overall experience fell short.

Greatly appreciated how I was able to have my filling that fell out within a day of my call.
