The doctor is great. Scheduling is awful. They cancelled multiple times and you have to reschedule very far out.

Dr. Rosales was wonderful with my son. The hygienist could have been more patient and compassionate towards my son and not layer on negative remarks "you must have short term memory" and "sometimes you have to do things you don't like." Verses playfully smiling and saying, "I remember you!" and being empathetic, "yeah, not everyone likes going to the dentist. I'll try to make this as painless as possible." Not trying to reason with my child without any regard, "You have to let me do my job."

My new dentist is very nice I appreciate her and the oral hygienist was very sweet and the assistant

The team were very professional and very kind. They explain to me everything that was going on in detail and what steps I needed to take next. I look forward to seeing them next time.

All the staff were amazing and very kind. They were also very caring and I felt like they were more concerned about my comfort with the procedure than even I was. I get very nervous going to the dentist and the staff made me rethink that entirely. Thanks.

The only issue I have is, it takes at least 3 months at a time when I make a appointment.

Just getting difficult to get appointment that mostly they can keep the schedule booking and canceling multiple times and then they only have one available option for me at all in for seeable future and it's way early. It's going to take an act of God. Annoying

I just would like to say that I started out at the Stark location and they have a wonderful staff there and I realize that I could not keep making the trip so I switched to one that was closer to myself and I cannot express how well they have treated me and how kind they were at this office. I'm very pleased With not just my dentist but the Medicare team that helps along with it. They are fantastic.

I appreciated that she checked to make sure I was okay throughout the procedure.

It was amazing

This experience was great. The dental providers are professional and kind. The receptionists on the other hand, are lacking. They would benefit from additional training when dealing with emergency patients, more training when it comes to diffusing difficult situations, and better compassion when dealing with patients in severe pain. They refused to look me in the eye. They let me sit in the waiting room for hours while in pain without telling me when i'd be seen. They we extremely rude when I expressed my problems and did not seem eager to help solve the issue. I had to prompt them multiple times to suggest solutions. They whispered to each other while I was in front of them and seemed extremely hesitant to assist me while upset and in pain.

All the staff was friendly and professional. Unfortunately I have been very disappointed with the inability to get a appointment. Took almost a year to finally get one tooth fixed. I had to call multiple times and was told your office would call me but never did.

Well, the care was very good, but for me, the appointments are too long to wait. I went for a checkup, and they gave me an appointment for three months. That seems like too long to me when you need something more immediate.

It was excellent.

I had a really good experience being in the office. I don't really have anything to point about when it comes to the work and the staff. It's been a good experience, it really has. But the only thing I would say that would be a downfall is how long do you have to wait to get into an appointment? It seems ridiculous, going six months to clean, or four or five months for one cavity, or to get it cleaned, or can't do more than one case, but I guess that's because you have lots of people, but that would be my only complaint. Thank you.

We are slowly trying to transition away from Willamette Dental. We've been with y'all since y'all were at the Eastport Plaza, and that has meant zero good doctor's leave because the practice has gone to a Walmart style of dental care where you're more likely to pull a tooth out than fix a tooth, and the staff can be incredibly obnoxious, dismissive, arrogant, and generally not customer service focused at all, not client focused at all. That's just been our experience, a family of four. Others may have different ones. At times, it's been good, but then those doctors leave. So, we absolutely would never recommend you guys, and I think your practice is not very good at all. So, I'm an honest person, and as soon as we have a few more pieces to the puzzle, we'll be switching out of Willamette Dental and into a better provider.

I had a scheduled tooth extraction, but it couldn't be done yesterday because I had not obtained a signature from my doctor. (I'm on a blood thinner. ) Also I had taken a blood thinner recently. The dentist and assistant were totally friendly, did not blame me for my oversight, and explained the situation clearly. I will happily reschedule.

The whole team is wonderful and cares and sincerely listens to what the family and patient wants and needs instead of going in with a preset auto pilot script of how things will go.

His questions are always answered and this time he was invited by the dentist to shadow at the clinic when he's older. Thank you!!

All the team members were so kind and conscientious. As a person who has had traumatic experiences with dentists, it's always a high anxiety experience. It was so helpful to have everyone be so open, kind and understanding.

Aside from limited appointment slots , especially for nitrous , so scheduling is so far in the future, the team is fantastic and the most caring, thorough, positive , patient and actually makes sure she's fully numb before doing painful procedures instead of insisting she just deal with the pain like other locations and providers have done in the past. Had a very good first time treatment/assessment from all three who attended my case. Just forgot thier beautiful names , my only questionable challenge is the time it takes to wait for the next scheduled appointment. Too long !

I've been a member for quite sum time, and I've noticed that the dental technician r becoming greater at there jobs for the causes that come to them, an the motivation of effective efforts they put forth too solve them, with hesitation is beyond the sky's...please continue to grow the world of dentistry with the care as u've already shown....and I'm looking forward to wat more ur entirety has to offer us, the ones that truly care too!! Really complicated to get scheduled

Having to call back the next day to schedule an appointment instead of right there in the office after an appointment is ridiculous and wastes the patients time. Also, having to wait 2 and half month to fix a broken tooth that is causing pain is not ok. This problem had stopped for a while but is now an issue again. Do better.

Not allowing patients to schedule more than one appointment at a time has caused profession in my child dental decay. I have to now wait 3 months to get a filling I was not informed we needed.

There was no easy way to get a hold of the Lents office to confirm my antibiotics prescription taking an additional day to request it and make sure it was ordered.

My daughter hit er is extremely nervous at the dentist and both the hygienist and the dentist were absolutely fabulous!

I had a great experience with my new Dental DR as well as her staff. Everyone was very friendly and polite. Also I'm very thankful that the Dr fit me in between her schedule to continue to work on me, so that I didn't have to come back on another date. Truly satisfied

So appreciate listening to me about my issues with my permanent retainer and helping me come up with a solution! I've made lots of changes based on previous visits and now they always say my teeth look good.

I was told I needed a prescription for a mouth rinse which was never called into the pharmacy. They had me by their toothpaste there but the mouth prints. I said I would get from the pharmacy and the prescription was never called in and I also was supposed to call the next day to make an appointment for six weeks out to finish what they had we're doing and was not able to get an appointment. They told me I had to go on standby because my information still wasn't into the computer to be able to make me an appointment. I had been in there the day before shouldn't I've been in their computer to make an appointment again, strange to me.

Yes, I just would like to give kudos to the dentist and her assistant. My daughter was very nervous. It was her very first appointment and they did try multiple ways in order to get her teeth cleaned. Even though she still ended up refusing in the end, but they were very open and understanding and very patient with her. So I really appreciate that for her first time dentist visit.

I have had so many terrible mishaps with dental professionals and my lifetime and I have to say Dr Jen hands down was the most gentle kind informative thoughtful considerate gracious dentist that I have ever seen and I had told their assistant beforehand that every time I've come to that office each dentist that I've seen has been more thoughtful than the one before them and she takes the cake I just I'm crying right now sending this message because I have never had such a wonderful experience before she's just an amazing amazing doctor.

The assistant was very pleasant to speak with and remembered what we spoke about last time I was in. Always good to meet a bookworm. Doctor was very communicative and clear in her operations. I felt well cared for. 10/10

Waited too long to be seen by the dentist.

I wish I don't have to wait so long just to get a dental appliance fix. and having to do several visits to do that...

Unless you have and immediate issue that needs urgent care, you cant really get an appointment no sooner than 2 or 3 months out. Ive been waiting for them to finish pulling the rest of my teeth and finish making my dentures for almost a year now. Ive have wax fittings and picked the shade and did all the choosing needed and been just waiting on extractions and delivery of the dentures now. Its frustrating.

Everything is super great except appointments. Too far out

Having to call a call center for an appt rather than the front desk of the office is hassle. Having appts booked three months or more apart is not encouraging especially when the work is already started there. It was frustrating and still is trying to get my procedure fully done and at this rate it will be close to a year with only four appts needed.

Been going to Willamette Dental for over 20yrs and now both of my girls will go to them as well

My hygienist and dentist were attentive, reassuring and thoughtful. I highly recommend Willamette dental and am glad that they accept my insurance so I can continue to go there!

The dentist and assistants were all very professional, the lady skin my X-rays was aware that when I had to bite down on the X-ray thing, it caused me more pain and she made sure that she was quick as possible so that I didn't have to be in pain longer than necessary. They were all very thorough and explained everything so I understood. Great team!
