Dr. Saito was very gentle and my root canal has helped alleviate the pain I was feeling in the area. I don't remember the assistant/hygienist's name but she was also awesome!! The teams you have at your facilities are fantastic and I feel confident with the care provided by Willamette Dental.

You need to shorten your wait times for specialty services. 1 month is too long to wait for a root canal, especially if you're in pain.

I don't want to say that I enjoyed getting a root canal because that would be psychotic, but that was the best experience I could have hoped for. He explained what he was going to do in detail and was very kind and patient. I appreciate that the block was used to keep my mouth open, as well as the use of the dental dam. Because these were used during the procedure, I was able to swallow and breathe without feeling like I was suffocating. That made me feel less anxious about the procedure. Overall, it was a great experience, and I have definitely bragged about how painless and easy it was.

Everyone was very kind. They kept me informed about the work being done, why it needed to be done and what recovery would look like.

They made me comfortable and I had much less anxiety when I left.

The Specialist who did my root canal and his assistant was very kind and thorough. It didn't hurt like I thought because of the specialist expertise in that area.

The Doctor and his assistant were great! The assistant explained the procedure and offered a blanket, nice. Then the doctor came in and explained the root canal procedure, no pain at all, during or at home, my experience was overall pleasant. Never had a root canal, but was fine.
