Very nice and informative dentist and other helpful staff. ?

The dental assistant whose name I forgot was very kind and helpful. I freaked out during the procedure and she helped me calm down a lot more than the surgeon was able to. I felt that the surgeon did not have very much patience or empathy during the procedure though he did have some and seemed nice when we spoke beforehand.

Dr. Isaac and staff (I believe Angela, and special shout out to Chris) treated me with compassion and respect, answering concerns about my breathing and giving me agency throughout a wicked wisdom extraction + torus removal. I've needed some of this care for decades, and couldn't have asked for a better team of professionals. (Caution: dad jokes may occur)

This location completely helped me give Willamette Dental Group Lents a final opportunity. And I'm so glad I did because everyone at this location is a night and day difference for my previous location where I always felt rushes or as if I was inconveniencing them. He was concerned about my health issues so postponed extraction of my tooth until further information from my doctor. Better to be safe than sort!

He was very professional. I was very nervous about getting my tooth extracted but he answered all my questions and accommodated my request for nitrous oxide. The extraction was extremely quick and painless and I was given very thorough aftercare instructions.

I recently had a tooth extraction at this clinic and I was extremely impressed with the level of care I received. The procedure was done quickly, smoothly, and with great professionalism. was told by dental assistant that prescription was sent to fred meyer pharmacy. After waiting in long line was told there was no prescription. had to call back and found out it was safeway. both my mom and I heard her say fred meyers. Maybe if this info was printed with the post surgerical instructions it would help eliminate this mistake.

The assistant was amazing as much as the provider.

Dr Isaac was amazing, he knew I had high anxiety and talked me through everything and was totally honest with me and didn't sugar coat anything. I appreciate him greatly. ( and both dental assistants were so patient and kind)

Angela, the tech, Nicole medical provider and the doctor, Dr. Isaac, were both fantastic. They met every expectation and then some. They talk to my son who has autism like a person and made eye contact and spoke with him first rather than to me, which was exactly what I hoped for. Well well done.
