They were very helpful and willing to accommodate a last minute change at my appointment.

All the employees are gentle and kind.

Dr. Herion was not at the appointment but the other team member seemed capable and knowledgable.

Most of them serve you well... but... there are other offices where they don't serve you well, like the one in Burside.

Dr. H is amazing. She really listens to her patients and goes out of her way to be kind. Also, I saw one of the clinicians taking a micro aggression training, and I just really love that they're doing that in the office. Most definitely will recommend to friends and family.

Initially I wasn't sure how I felt coming through to the Lents office but after going through their process I'm honestly impressed. Good care, quality staff and an easy to use scheduling system. No complaints on my end. I'd definitely recommend Tracy and the Willamette staff for anyone with Orthopedic needs.

A couple of the hygienists are amazing and we lucked out this week. They are respectful, kind and listen, better than a. couple others.

I had to wait 2 hours in the waiting area after they scheduled my daughter's appointment at 1:20 and I showed up at 1:00 they changed her time to 3 pm without notifying me

Love coming here! Everyone is friendly and professional. They were able to accommodate an earlier appointment and it was great - as usual. Almost sad I won't have interaction with the ortho team pretty soon but everyone that has taken care of me has been awesome. Thank you all!
